I specialize in women’s mental health and well-being, with over 15 years of experience helping individuals grow and meet goals. My direct and compassionate approach supports you through life’s challenges. My practice is rooted in mindfulness, CBT, and solution-focused practices to help you find balance and clarity as we work through concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions such as divorce, breakups, relationship trauma/ issues, self-esteem, and parenting. I’m dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space where you can process trauma, heal, and reconnect with your inner strength.
I help marginalized individuals break free from the effects of childhood trauma and chronic anxiety. If you’ve tried talk therapy and still feel stuck, you’re not alone. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, unresolved trauma, and relationship challenges that continue to show up in their daily lives. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help clients reprocess how their brain responds to past negative experiences, so they can experience real, lasting relief without having to relive every detail. With a background in education and experience working with mothers and Veterans, I understand the unique stressors that come with caregiving, service, and high-responsibility roles. You don’t have to keep managing this on your own. Healing is possible—and you are worthy of it!
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, and healthcare worker stress/burnout. At this time, due to caseload, I am only accepting new patients who present with one of the aforementioned areas of concerns.
I have extensive experience across many levels of care (from inpatient to residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings) so I’m comfortable supporting patients with different levels of severity and complexity. I’ve also spent years working in utilization management, which means I understand insurance systems well and can help you navigate them as part of treatment.
I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas State University and a B.S. in Economics & Management Science from MIT.

My broad clinical experience has allowed me to work with diverse populations while developing expertise in both mental health and substance use services.
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019,. My primary experience has been in a community mental health setting, focusing on addictions and co-occurring issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. You and your lived experience as an indispensable part of the therapy process, and I follow your lead as to whether we focus on solutions, understanding and insight, or both. Whichever direction you choose, we can talk about skills to manage stress and emotions when things don’t go well in the future, and talk about how to build stronger relationships to help you grow.

I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas and Tennessee, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to partner with you, helping you find resilience and uncover strengths as we work together through life’s challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to offering care that is as individual as you are. You know your life better than anyone, and my role is to walk alongside you, bringing tools, perspective, and genuine support as we work through whatever you're facing. I don't see myself as the expert in the room — you are.
Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership built on trust, respect, and connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without fear of judgment, and where you feel heard, valued, and supported.
I understand that our life experiences and personal stories shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Sometimes those experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I believe it's okay to accept where you are today while also recognizing that growth and change are possible. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about working together to better understand your experiences and develop the tools to help you move toward the life you want.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout the process. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.
If you've spent years holding everything together for everyone else while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, you're not alone. I work with high-functioning adults who appear successful on the outside but often feel stuck beneath the surface. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, unresolved life experiences, or feeling like they're constantly in survival mode.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and emotionally safe. Together, we'll work to understand the experiences and patterns shaping your present, strengthen your nervous system's ability to feel safe, and create meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you no longer have to carry everything on your own.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Over the past four years, my work has focused more on geriatric mental health and life transitions. I also work alongside treating adults of all ages with problems like anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), bipolar disorders and other mental health conditions. My earlier community‑based experience ranged from children to older adults and provided a great deal of experience in working with people with a wide range of mental health and chronic conditions. I ground my practice in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, integrating Dialectal Behavioral Therapy skills and Mindfulness practices. I hope to help you navigate your way through your current challenges.
Hello! My name is Heather, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving individuals in Texas, and I specialize in helping individuals overcome hardships to lead healthier, happier lives.

I use evidence-based techniques while meeting each person where they are, helping individuals build confidence, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop the tools they need to move forward with hope. Hello, my name is Tabitha Cantu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a Hispanic therapist born and raised in the desert, surrounded by mountains that have always felt like home. At heart, though, I’m also a beach lover who finds peace by the ocean. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida and have lived and worked in each of these states. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting communities from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My own Hispanic heritage has greatly shaped both who I am and the way I approach therapy. It has also inspired my private practice’s focus on cultural identity, life transitions, and the unique experiences that women and teen girls often navigate. Our cultural identity and the environments we grow up in have a profound impact on who we become. Family expectations, cultural values, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls view themselves, their relationships, and their sense of worth. In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been taught to fulfill.
Hello, and welcome to what could be the next chapter of your life. The fact that you’re here shows that you’re ready for change. I understand that therapy can feel intimidating and sometimes overwhelming, but I’m here to provide you with a safe space, one where you will be treated with compassion and care. My goal is to empower you by helping you recognize your strengths and resilience, guiding you toward becoming the best version of yourself and leading you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Throughout our work together, I will help you shift your perspective, reframing negative thoughts and focusing on the power of gratitude. You’ll learn how to find meaning and purpose in your challenges, while also gaining insights into the experiences, beliefs, and habits that influence your decisions and daily life.
I am truly blessed to do what I love. It’s my passion and purpose, a gift that I’m honored to share with others. I’m grateful to have the privilege of witnessing and validating the stories of those I work with-stories that have the power to transform and heal.
I have been practicing for over three years, in addition to two years of practicum experience, and I hold a Master’s in Social Work. I am also nearing completion of my Doctorate in Social Work.
As my ideal client, you are someone who recognizes the challenges you are facing and is motivated to seek support, guidance, and resources to work through them.
Hi! My name is Vyvian Nguyen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Mexico and Texas. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care, shaped by years of supporting people across the lifespan as they navigate what life has been brewing.
Serving in the U.S. Navy as a Master‑at‑Arms has helped me understand service members, veterans, and their families whether it’s the tension that builds from deployments, the stress of switching between civilian and military life, or the pressure to keep everything together. It also taught me the importance of having a space where you don’t have to be “on” all the time.
As a Vietnamese American with parents who came to the U.S. as refugees after the Vietnam War part of the generation often referred to as “boat people” I grew up with a close view of cultural transitions, intergenerational patterns, and the strength it takes to rebuild in a new place. That perspective helps me support families who are newly arriving or adjusting to a new country with understanding and respect.
Tea Time Therapy grew from the idea that growth doesn’t need to be rushed. Like a good cup of tea, it often needs warmth, time, and a space that feels steady enough to settle into. My style is warm, straightforward, and lightly humorous enough to ease tension without taking away from the work.
You don’t need perfect words or a polished story. You just need a grounded space to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. We’ll take it one sip at a time.

You don't have to carry everything alone. Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, major life transitions, or the weight of constantly caring for others. In sessions, I approach each person with empathy, compassion, and a solution-focused mindset, providing psychoeducation and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Hi, I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. My personal and professional experiences have helped me connect with people from all walks of life with empathy and without judgment.
I’ve worked in hospice, private practice, as a nursing home social worker, and at three inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities. In private practice, I worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns and life challenges, giving me experience supporting people through many different situations.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities and strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where we can work together toward healing, growth, and the life you want to build.
I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. Since middle school, I've been the person others turn to for encouragement, so becoming a therapist felt less like a career change and more like coming home to it. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence into every session, paired with clinical training in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and culturally responsive care. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.
Most people who reach out to me are tired. Tired of holding it together, tired of explaining themselves, tired of feeling like the version of them that shows up to work or family dinner isn't the real one. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I'm a licensed professional counselor working with adults across Texas and Colorado on anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship strain, life transitions, and the old stuff that keeps resurfacing at inconvenient moments. You don't need to have it organized before you get here, and you don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to deserve support. We'll figure out together what's actually going on and where to start. Expect warmth, honesty, and a real conversation rather than someone nodding at you from across the screen.
Starting therapy can take courage, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood, judged, or unsupported in the past. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — a place that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely supportive. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, women, and anyone navigating the impacts of trauma, identity-based stress, or systems that haven’t always made space for them.
In our work together, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. Therapy with me is collaborative — you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to support you with tools, perspective, and care as you make sense of your experiences and move toward the life you want. Some of the approaches I draw from include EMDR for trauma processing, DBT for building coping and emotional regulation skills, and The Daring Way™ work around vulnerability, courage, and living in alignment with your values.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. That’s okay — we’ll figure it out together. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and build the skills you need to move forward.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to connect. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.
Hi, I’m Sara. I’m a licensed therapist with nearly 15 years of experience supporting people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or hard on themselves.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, and life transitions. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re feeling, understand the patterns underneath it, and start to feel more steady, confident, and like yourself again.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. This is a space where you can be honest, slow things down, and begin to move forward in a way that actually feels right for you.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.
Hello my name is Robin. I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist who has over 26 years working in behavioral healthcare. I specialize in many different therapeutic approaches. I can help you connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to help empower you to break negative cycles, manage current challenges, heal through past trauma, and ultimately become the best version of yourself. I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll set goals that matter to you—whether that involves managing a major life transition, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth.
I currently live in Texas and am licensed in Texas, Michigan and Wisconsin. I have been licensed for over a decade with a great deal of experience with treating trauma, grief, eating disorders, co-occurring disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders and marriage/relationship conflict. In addition to my work in private practice, I also worked for a crisis unit and provided consultation for care as well as intervened to provide direct treatment in more complex situations.
I specialize in client-focused therapy, existential psychotherapy, psychodynamic theory and mindfulness to help you find your way and explore what is meaningful to you. I am certified in DBT technique.

I’m a down-to-earth, no-nonsense human with a knack for noticing the behavior patterns that keep people stuck. Therapy is a second career for me, but it feels like the work my life experiences were preparing me to do all along. I bring warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a little humor into the room because healing can be meaningful without being serious every single minute. I work especially well with people pleasers, chronic overthinkers, boundary-strugglers, and anyone who is tired of living according to everyone else’s expectations.

Hi, I'm Dr. Joycelyn Anderson — but most people just call me Dr. J.
I've spent over 16 years walking alongside people through the moments that reshape who they are: a big move, a new role, a strained relationship, a season of just feeling stuck. I started my career in K-12 schools and eventually opened Evolution of Life Wellness and Counseling, PLLC, because I wanted to work with people across every stage of that journey—not just one chapter of it.
A few years ago, I relocated, and it taught me something I now bring into every session: change doesn't just rearrange your circumstances; it can quietly unsettle your sense of self. I know what it's like to feel like you're starting over, and I know that healing rarely happens in a straight line.
I bring a whole-person approach to our work together—your mind, your body, your relationships, your faith, if that matters to you, and your story all belong in the room. I'll never ask you to leave parts of yourself at the door. My style is warm but direct; I'll walk with you gently, and I'll also tell you the truth when it matters.
Outside of sessions, I'm someone who still believes in slow mornings and good conversation. I host a podcast called The Evolving Mosaic, where I talk about identity, belonging, and the beautiful, messy process of becoming.
If you're considering therapy, I know that first step can feel like a lot. I hope that by the time we meet, it already feels a little less like starting with a stranger and more like continuing a conversation.
I work alongside my clients to empower them to choose their own future, and find the path to the future within themselves. To empower my clients, I utilize an eclectic approach based on cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems.
I received a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and have worked in both inpatient and partial hospitalization settings as well as private practice for a total of 5 years. I'm a native Texan but I also lived in Chicago for 8 years before moving back to my home state.
Let’s be real—life gets messy, and sometimes Googling your problems just isn’t cutting it anymore. I work with individuals 15 and up, navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, or that constant “what am I doing with my life?” loop. I earned my BSW in 2013 from Prairie View A&M University and my MSW in 2016 from Our Lady of the Lake University. I hold an LCSW in TX, MN, ND and TN, and have over 8 years of experience supporting individuals and families from all walks of life. I’m passionate about working with people of color, and I aim to create a supportive, affirming space where you feel seen and respected. If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels, your path Back to Life starts here!
