My Background
As someone who personally embraces a journey of mental and emotional health, I am
thrilled that you, too, value your own. Welcome to your greater!
When asked why I have chosen this field, I always respond with, “It chose me”. I was
chosen to enter my own healing process and then pursue higher education at Sam
Houston State University to professionally qualify my purpose. I obtained my Bachelor's
of Science (2005) and Master’s (2009) degrees both from the illustrious college. Since
that time I have developed my skill set by working with individuals, couples, and families
in a variety of settings that include outpatient psychiatric programs/hospitals,
Department of Family and Protective Services, and array of private practices.
My professional background started in Applied Behavioral Analysis, where I worked with children on the spectrum in many different clinical settings. Since then, I have acquired my LPC and have found a passion for working with children and adolescents. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space to work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers. I specialize in addressing cognitive behavioral issues. I am fully committed to listening and offering my best professional practices to help you.
Hello! My name is Brianne Lutterman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I grew up in a small town in Iowa and moved to San Antonio to get my Masters in Counseling from UTSA. I am married and have two high-spirited boys that keep me on my toes. I have a background working with pre-teens and teenagers as well as adults. I have worked in a variety of settings, such as community counseling centers, psychiatric hospitals, Child Protective Services, private practice, and a Residential Treatment Center for children and teenagers.
Congratulations on taking the first step toward wellness. Let me share a little about myself.
I work primarily with mood disorders, (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder etc) and I take a holistic approach to mental health. I believe change is possible when we are willing to put in the work. A second area of work is couples. I use different tools including assessments to help identify strengths and areas that need improvement in the relationship.
Hi — I’m Jennifer Jahn Larson, but almost everyone calls me JJ.
After nearly 30 years in mental health — across public and private agencies, addiction treatment centers, college counseling, correctional settings, crisis response, and leadership roles — I decided it was time to create a practice that reflects how I truly work best: personal, collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded .
Greetings! I’m a Licensed Therapist (LMHC in Florida, LPC in Texas). I also hold an International Registration in Play Therapy since 2000.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in medical centers, community clinics/agencies, and private practice. My background includes both outpatient and inpatient care, working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings.
I have delivered parenting group sessions on multiple occasions and created the Victim Services Program in Greater Austin Area, Texas. I also participated in a joint effort to provide immediate mental health care within pediatric primary care clinics in the Dallas-Forth Worth Area for several years. In 2005, I was closely involved in supporting displaced individuals and families who relocated to Texas due to Hurricane Katrina.
I am bilingual (English-Spanish) and multicultural. With over 28 years of experience, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and practical approach to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, work-related stress, parenting burdens, major life transitions, or struggling with self-esteem or women's issues, I offer a safe and supportive space where healing and clarity can begin.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods—including Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing, and Faith-Based approaches. I believe each person holds the seeds of growth and change, and my role is to help you discover your inner strength, wisdom, and direction.
My professional background, ongoing training, and continuous curiosity have given me a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of all aspects of the human being. Together, we’ll focus not only on symptom relief but on building long-term resilience, insight, and tools for meaningful change.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas with 13 years of professional work experience. My professional journey started helping people with functional diversity, college students, and the LBGTQ population. I have dedicated my time to working with couples and families on issues of family changes, divorce, domestic violence, parenting, and grief. I see clients in individual therapy with learning disability, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. I work with people to help them to discover their potential and build resilience.
I have mediated group therapy sessions to include life skills, anger management, stress management, adjustment to changes, and parenting skills. I also served our community by working with children and families with different diagnoses in a health center. I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play therapy, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, Family Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. The approach used is tailored based on your needs.
I believe in resilience and that no matter the most difficult circumstances, people can transform, get up, reinvent themselves, and move forward. The answers and solutions are born from within you and all the experiences you have overcome, making you a strong human being. I want to be that guide who helps you see those answers and solutions in times of pain and need to create resilience and empowerment.
Hello there, I'm Liz! I work with clients who are wanting to heal from past trauma experiences and get to the root causes of their struggles. Trauma changes the way you view yourself, others, and the world. It often has lasting impacts that can be manifested in your current struggles with anxiety, depression, true fulfillment in relationships, diminished executive functioning, and difficulty with honoring your needs and boundaries.
My goal is to help you gain insight, build self-awareness, and foster personal growth. Some areas of focus I enjoy addressing with my clients include boundary building, negative core beliefs, strengthening internal validation, self-care, identifying trauma responses, addressing attachment wounds, aligning to your values, improving daily functioning, and developing healthy coping strategies.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic models and techniques to help my clients including but not limited to Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For those who desire and request it, I can integrate Christian-based counseling into the therapeutic process. I believe education/knowledge of what you are going through sets the foundation to the therapeutic work you will be doing.

Hello, I'm M.L.
I believe as humans we all want something similar, to feel normal. We want, desire, and try our best to feel like everyone else. Yet, simultaneously we desire to be unique, special, and individualistic. I believe it is necessary to think of humans as puzzle pieces in order to fulfill both. While the pieces share the same geographical space as well as have the same manufacturer, they are unique and serve varying purposes. Do you belong at the top but are content being a side piece? Are you on the bottom when you were meant to be at the center of it all? Let's collaborate and find out where you belong. You may discover the only thing wrong was where you (as a puzzle piece) tried to fit in.
In therapy, I collaborate with the expert on the client (you), identify obstacles, and come up with strategies for working toward your goals. I do this by first remaining curious about you as a client as well as your perspective of the issue. I serve to remind clients that everything in life does not have to feel good in order to end with good results.
You can't fix something that you don’t see. In a world of selfies no one is willing to look at any angle that doesn’t compliment their cuteness. What if you could see your truest self? The natural, emotional, relational, and spiritual you through a 3-way full body mirror. Imagine what would be possible. Good therapy, is a mirror into your soul.
So, what brings you to therapy? My name is Aquarius and I am a Christian woman, mother of 5 and grandmother of 6. I have overcome so much in my life, and I would love to help you see that you can do the same. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who uses an ecclectic approach to help you acquire the control over your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, mental health symptoms, and life issues that plague you. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist who does telehealth therapy for Texas and Florida.
Hello, my name is Delora
I believe that people may sometimes need help in many areas of their lives, therefore I treat with a Person-Centered, wholistic approach. With this approach the therapist treats the whole person and is instrumental to the changes of the client but is not directly responsible for any change. The Person-Centered Therapist gently guides clients to break self-imposed barriers that block self-determination and growth. I integrate techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Reality and Solutions Focused Therapies to help clients challenge maladaptive thinking patterns. It is my hope to join you as a fellow traveler as you take a journey mental health, physical wellness, spiritual restoration and emotional stability.
Hello!

Hi, I’m Abel. I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life — not just in focus and productivity, but in emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. But what surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD impacts relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe therapy for ADHD has to go beyond productivity — it has to address how ADHD affects the people you love most.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. I also know how relationships require vulnerability, balance, and teamwork. My wife and I work hard at our own marriage, especially in navigating ADHD together. That lived experience shapes the way I support couples and men in therapy: with honesty, compassion, and strategies that work in the real world.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth challenges after years of being overweight. Through hard work, I reached a healthy weight and learned firsthand how self-care directly strengthens self-worth. This experience fuels my commitment to helping clients build healthier, more grounded relationships with themselves.
I am so excited to have you visit me here and for giving me the chance to introduce myself! My name is Sarah Nickolson-Kemper and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). I am also a certified middle school teacher. After spending almost 10 years in the classroom, I recognized I wanted help in a different way.
I love helping people realize the strengths they have within themselves and understand that we are all part of many systems (family, work, community, culture, etc) and as such, there are many contributing factors to our daily experiences in life.
I believe if it isn't broken, don't fix it.
Encorporating various techniques such as mindfulness, journaling, art, and role play provide you the opportunity to find the right fit to help you set measurable and attainable goals to realize the change you want.

Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the states of Texas and Tennessee with 30 years of counseling and ministry experience. I began as a minister of the Gospel in the Southern Baptist tradition in 1993 working with the homeless to overcome the struggles of addiction and hopelessness in North Carolina and Tennessee. From there, I became a case manager in a rural oupatient behavioral health clinic helping the chronically mentally ill live independently outside of the institutional settings. As my family of five children grew, my wife encouraged me to join the military in 2007 and for the next 13 years we served alongside our Soldiers and their Families as a chaplain. There, I learned through experience how to work through the stress of multiple transitions, the unyeilding demands for time and energy, and the unjust nature of toxic environments. I learned how to support those who wanted to strengthen themselves and their relationships in these environments and to ultimately be at peace with who they are and who they want to be.
As I have matured in my training and become licensed in marriage and family therapy, I have found that I now specialize in using Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify their strengths and the beliefs that are guiding their behavior. With this knowledge, people can begin to choose who they want to be.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, or struggling to keep up with the demands of life? When anxiety, stress, or depression start affecting your relationships, work, or sense of peace, it can feel isolating. Therapy can help you regain balance, strengthen your coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor and therapist who works with women experiencing anxiety, depression, and high levels of stress. My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Together, we will focus on strengthening your coping skills, building emotional resilience, and helping you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

In addition to Florida, I am licensed as a psychologist in California, Texas, Arizona and Iowa, and am a PSYPACT credentialed clinician, having obtained an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission, which also allows me to serve clients via telehealth in most US states. I also teach graduate-level courses in ethics, disaster and trauma response, abnormal behavior, community counseling, and criminal behavior, and I mentor graduate dissertation students in forensic psychology.
The value of serving others has been evident throughout my life. Having many years of work experience, including the armed forces, has helped me become a more flexible and well-rounded individual.
My experience is across a variety of behavioral health settings including various levels of education, structured outpatient and inpatient psychiatric facilities, outreach and community mental health, managed care, and private practice promoting alternative therapies such as Emotional Support Animals as an accommodation and Hopscotch Play. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), additional credentials are Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).
I received my Master's degree at Central Connecticut University in 2014. I gained my experience in various positions including: inpatient mental health, outpatient therapy, crisis work, group therapy, substance abuse, and DSS in home therapy. I have worked with individuals experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and trauma. Since I have been working in the field of mental health for the past 20 years, I have expanded my knowledge to better help any future clients.
