Hi! I’m Taylor, a licensed clinical social worker and trauma-informed therapist who provides virtual therapy. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, laid-back, and collaborative, incorporating DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy to help clients feel supported while building practical skills for meaningful change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, chronic stress, and long-standing survival patterns. Many of the people I work with grew up navigating environments where safety, emotional support, or stability were inconsistent, and those experiences can continue to affect relationships, self-worth, and the nervous system well into adulthood.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and practical. I integrate trauma-informed methods such as EMDR, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation to help clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with a stronger sense of self.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together we work at a pace that feels safe while building the insight, resilience, and self-trust needed for lasting change. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a powerful place to begin.
Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with six years of experience working with adults as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered.
I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing life changes, whether it's starting a new career, navigating relationship changes, becoming a parent, or simply feeling stuck or uncertain about what's next. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you build practical coping skills, gain insight, and move toward your goals. For clients who request it, I also offer faith-based counseling by thoughtfully integrating spirituality into the therapeutic process.
I believe therapy is a partnership, and I look forward to supporting you as you work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
My name is Amanda Chilleme, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. For over 11 years, I have supported individuals in identifying what truly matters to them, navigating obstacles, and building a foundation for a more fulfilling future.
My primary specialty is working with men and women struggling with substance use disorders as well as process and behavioral addictions, helping them find a pathway to a life that feels less burdened and more aligned. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma, attachment concerns, and personality disorders.
As a clinician, I take a human-focused approach. I am not here to tell you what you need to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and ultimately the how: how to shift it, heal it, overcome it, or, when appropriate, let it go altogether.
Your first session is best described as a two-way interview. As I listen to your story and your narrative begins to take shape, we collaboratively determine two things:
Whether I am the right therapist for you, and
Whether this therapeutic relationship is the right fit for both of us.
If we decide to move forward together, identifying your goals becomes your first assignment. This process allows me to better understand how you think, how you interpret challenges, and how barriers such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship dynamics show up for you. From there, we focus on one goal at a time.
I see myself as your coach, teammate, and cheerleader!
Whether you are just beginning therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I invite you to plant that seed—and see just how beautifully you grow.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have been counseling for 17 years and have worked with clients with many different life concerns including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, family conflicts and life changes just to name a few. I am a firm believer in a client centered approach. The client is in the “driver’s seat” when it comes to their therapy. I approach every client with unconditional positive regard and my office/video screen is ALWAYS a judgement free zone. I am passionate about helping my clients seek to find balance and empowering them to take the necessary steps to reach their goals. I encourage you to take a leap of faith and get the help you are seeking. Life changes are achievable when individual ideas collide with positive actions.
The opposite of Anxiety is Creativity! Let's talk about the late-night rabbit holes, the rogue 2:00 a.m. ADHD thoughts, and the strange, unspoken chapters of your life this is where they finally get to run wild. We aren't here to sand down your edges or fit you into a tidy little box. We are here to make mistakes, play with the pieces, and find strategic ways to tell your story so it feels entirely yours. As a human-centered therapist, I specialize in turning the surreal, overwhelming chaos of real life into clear, empowering magic, placing you squarely at the center of the narrative. My practice is built on a down-to-earth, deeply practical foundation that pairs deep trauma healing with real, tangible tools.
Hello, I'm Josh!
Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just worn down by the hardships of life? Maybe you've had some difficult experiences or have battled things like worry, sadness, or addiction. If so, I am glad you are here! You don't have to go through these things alone.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for caring for people! My primary specialty is working with individuals who have lived through traumatic experiences or who are impacted by historical or cultural trauma. I also love working with people who have a variety of other goals, needs, or challenges.
It is important for me to work with my clients, not just direct how they do things. I will do my best to learn your preferences, beliefs, and background, so we can work together to help you reach your goals. I am a firm believer that therapy can make a drastic difference in improving your life and bringing balance to your situation. I am excited to be part of your journey!
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who graduated in 2009 from a small college in Pennsylvania. Currently, I live in North Carolina and I am licensed here and in Tennessee. Originally, I am from Connecticut, but I have lived all over this country and have lived overseas as well when I was in the Peace Corps. I have been working mainly with adults who are living with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My focus is to help people live their best life. I do this through the therapy process, but I also try to include humor in our sessions.
Hi Folx, my name is Daja and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years in clinical practice. I began my career providing family therapy to children, adolescents and families in rural NC communities. From there, I transitioned to a large multi-state psychiatric and behavioral health outpatient practice where I served as both a psychotherapist and Regional Director for three years. After transitioning from that role, I worked in clinical care management with a large corporate insurance company, serving members with complex clinical care needs. As a therapist, I’ve focused my work on supporting folks better manage mental health conditions, cultivate greater joy in their lives and improve their relationships. I sincerely enjoy learning folks’ stories and assisting them as they navigate new and old life challenges/transitions.
Hello there, I'm so glad you are here! I get it...You’re someone who has carried far too much for far too long, maybe a trauma survivor, a people‑pleasing millennial, an LGBTQIA+ adult, or a neurodivergent human trying to navigate identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. You might feel pulled in a dozen directions at once, exhausted by perfectionism, hyper‑responsibility, or the pressure to be “the strong one.” Your challenges may include chronic self‑criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected from your own needs, or struggling to relax even when you’ve earned rest.
My name is Alissa, I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in supporting trauma survivors, people-pleasing millennials, LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodivergent folks navigating identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. My work blends parts‑based approaches, somatic awareness, and strengths‑focused care to help you understand your inner world, soften self‑criticism, and build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself (and in partnerships.) I offer an affirming, collaborative space where EVERY part of you is welcome, especially the ones carrying exhaustion, tenderness, or stories that deserve gentleness.
I frequently incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies but I also enjoy using creative therapeutic activities that strengthen self efficacy and personal insight. I am defiantly on the crafty side and I love art wellness projects.
I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My graduate work included an emphasis on cultural competency, echo-therapy, and urban regional development. My passion for this field is rooted in increasing access to culturally responsive mental health care and supporting people of all backgrounds in navigating therapy with comfort, empowerment, and authenticity. I am committed to creating a safe and affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe therapy should be accessible, culturally informed, and grounded in meaningful change.
I’ve been a licensed therapist for 5 years, but my perspective is also shaped by a lifetime of real-world experience. I’m an Army veteran, a career military spouse, married 31 years, have lived throughout the U.S. and Canada, a mother of four, and one of nine siblings—with four brothers and four sisters. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the complexities of family life, relationships, transitions, and everyday challenges. I’m able to connect with a wide range of family situations and offer practical, relatable, real-time solutions that work in everyday life.

As a licensed mental health therapist and addiction specialist trained in EMDR with over 5 years of experience, my hope is to join you as you pursue the process of writing your growth and resiliency story.
I work alongside my clients to cultivate a tailored approach to treatment through the incorporation of elements from multiple psychotherapy schools of thought and modalities. I will always show up authentically with a balance of compassion and directness to offer.

Prior to this, I worked in an inpatient facility with individuals experiencing persistent and severe mental illness. Currently, I also facilitate group therapy for adolescents in an acute inpatient setting, offering crisis stabilization and psychoeducation.

I strongly value mindfulness as both a personal and professional practice, integrating it regularly into treatment to support emotional regulation and present-moment awareness.
Outside of my clinical work, I’ve been happily married for 20 years and am the proud parent of two teenage children. I share my home with two beloved dogs, a leopard gecko, and mud turtle. In my free time, I enjoy baking, crocheting, reading, and spending time at the beach—places and activities that help me stay grounded and connected.
Hello! My name is Dr. Jennifer Jordan. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my PhD in Counseling Psychology from National University and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I have worked with individuals, couples and families seeking counseling for 20 years, both online and in a variety of settings. I help clients learn new skills to successfully navigate the challenges of life, deepen their understanding of themselves, enhance their relationships, and improve their mental health and emotional well-being.
I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.
You deserve to live your life feeling centered, safe, and well. You don't have to meditate for hours every day, become a yogi master, or spend years in therapy to achieve this. Hi, my name is Leslie Travia. I grew up as one of six children and now enjoy spending time whenever possible with my siblings, my many nieces, nephews, and their children. I have two grown children of my own and have been married for over 30 years. Over the years, my family and I have lived in 10 different states as well as in Europe, and I believe each place has deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. I also believe we are never too old to learn something new. I value self-empowerment and strive to surround myself with positivity and kindness.
Hi, I'm Victoria, I've been honing my specialties for 30 years. I specialize in releasing trauma and old beliefs, rewiring mental habits to result in improved confidence, self esteem, clarity to follow dreams and goals. Since training in the bilateral therapies (EMDR, A.R.T., and Brainspotting) I've witnessed healing on a whole new level. Changing beliefs, thoughts and feelings that have been lifelong takes more than talking about, in my opinion. It requires change in the deep sub conscious, a place easily entered and "edited" utilizing these therapies, works much better and faster than only talking. This is my experience, and the reason why I specialize in these deeper, more sub conscious therapies. In addition, there are times when people prefer to talk, gaining much needed insight (light bulb moments) and releasing thoughts they don't feel comfortable sharing with others. Or, you need to problem solve, work through something cognitively. I practice other therapies that utilize talking as a main modality, too. The main priority is that you're comfortable. We will explore and find just that right fit, regarding modalities that work and also feel in sync with your needs.

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical. My style is informal, conversational, and collaborative, creating a space where you can show up as yourself without worrying about saying the “right” thing. I have no expectations for you to present yourself in a certain way, change anything about yourself, or hide anything. Each thing that you share will only help our work together, and guide me to the best understanding of you and your needs, so that we can navigate your challenges as a team, and take all factors into consideration. My goal for my sessions is to create an environment where the people that I meet with understand that they will never be met with judgement, unreasonable expectations, or negativity. Together, we can create a map of what you’re going through, identify and build on your strengths, and find practical ways to grow toward the life you want.
