I have 4+ years of experience in the mental health field, I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals like you find balance, resilience, and inner strength. With a deep clinical background in PTSD, domestic violence, and sexual assault, I provide a survivor-centered space that prioritizes your safety and agency. I am also passionate about psychedelic-assisted therapy and am trained in harm reduction and integration, offering a grounded, non-judgmental approach to processing non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief/loss, burnout, relationships, family conflict, parenting issues, or managing emotions, you are desiring something different, and better. Because life is a journey and not a destination, how YOU define your past, identify YOUR present, and see YOUR future is important. Additionally, the tools you use to navigate your experiences aid in the outcomes of your life. Peace is possible. Wellness is possible. Life will not stop happening in the journey; however, you get to decide and define what wellness is for you.

You know what you need to do. So why is it so hard to actually do it? If ADHD, anxiety, or procrastination has you overthinking, falling behind, and feeling far from your best self, you're not lazy and you're not alone.
I'm a North Carolina therapist specializing in ADHD, executive function, and anxiety in adults. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who already understand themselves well. What gets in the way is knowing what to do differently when real-life demands, emotions, or old habits take over. I help clients turn insight into action by breaking practical strategies into small, doable steps and working through whatever keeps them from sticking. Sessions are virtual, so therapy fits into a busy life.

I work collaboratively with individuals and families to manage stressors, feelings of stress and anxiety, and cope with addictions.
