With experience spanning from early childhood all the way through older adulthood, I've had the privilege of working with people across every stage of life and across a wide range of needs. Therapy is about possibilities. It's a chance to better understand yourself, discover new ways of responding to life's challenges, and move toward the person you want to become. I see my role as walking alongside you, helping you explore those possibilities while supporting you through your own unique journey.
With more than 21 years of experience, I've learned there is no one "right" way to do therapy because there is no one "right" kind of person. Rather than relying on rigid formulas, I tailor therapy to you. Together we'll build on your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and develop practical strategies that fit your life and your goals.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. When you feel understood, respected, and safe enough to be yourself, therapy becomes a place where growth can happen. My goal is to create that kind of environment: collaborative, genuine, and free of judgment.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, and the many struggles that don't always fit neatly into a diagnosis. Whatever brings you here, we'll work together to understand what's happening, identify opportunities for change, and help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.
