I am a therapist passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their goals and navigating life's challenges. With 13 years of experience, I provide a safe and confidential space for clients, that is free from judgment, to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop coping strategies. I believe in creating a collaborative and supportive environment where clients can feel heard and understood.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is usually about getting to know you and understanding what brings you into therapy. We'll talk about what your hoping to get out of therapy, collaboratively map out some goals, and address any questions or concerns you have. I will also explain some office procedures and how I typically work. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use a client centered holistic approach when working with adults and children with varying issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, school and peers, self-esteem, grief, and postpartum, to name a few.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am positioned to serve middle school, high school, and young adults navigating peer and family relationships, academics, and the transitions of this time of life. I also enjoy working with clients at all life transitions experiencing anxiety and stress and needing extra supports helping them to learn about and process their unique circumstance and offering help with developing helpful coping strategies.
