Hi there!
I am glad you are here! I'm Donnah. A little information about me.
I have diverse experience working in community mental health, and I particularly enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I strive to be the type of helper and ally that I would have benefited from as a teen. Transitioning to adulthood can be challenging, and I am passionate about supporting this population. Whether it's dealing with school challenges, choosing a career, facing emerging mental health issues, or navigating parental or relational difficulties, I am eager to help.I have a wide range of experience in community mental health and find great satisfaction in supporting adolescents, young adults, and their families. My goal is to provide the kind of support and understanding I would have valued as a teenager. Recognizing the difficulties of transitioning to adulthood, I am dedicated to helping this age group navigate challenges such as school pressures, career decisions, emerging mental health concerns, emotional regulation problems, and family or relationship issues.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck? Wanting things to feel calmer, clearer or more manageable but not sure how to get there? Please understand that you do not have to navigate this alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin processing what you are experiencing. I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavior difficulties and emotional regulation.
I’m Royce L. Jones, MS, LPCC, MBA — a licensed professional counselor associate, Navy veteran, and mental performance consultant dedicated to helping individuals grow with intention. I specialize in working with student-athletes, high-performing professionals, and men navigating identity, leadership, and life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based practices like EMDR, mindfulness, and performance psychology with culturally responsive care to create a space that is honest, practical, and growth-focused. My goal is simple: to help you build awareness, strengthen resilience, and become the best version of yourself — on and off the field.
I am a therapist who provides a warm and steady space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, substance use, parenting stress, and major life transitions. I help people make sense of what they’re going through, feel more grounded and in control of their emotions, and move toward a life that feels lighter, clearer, and more hopeful. My approach is relational and practical, drawing on DBT, CBT, and mindfulness based strategies to support meaningful and sustainable change.
I began my career in medical social work before transitioning into full time therapy specializing in substance use disorder. I later returned to medical social work at University of Kentucky Healthcare, where I earned my LCSW and spent ten years working with a wide range of patients. Since August 2025, I have been in private practice, where I’m able to offer intentional, client centered care with a healthier work life balance. I earned my Doctor of Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky in 2026.
Losses, social isolation, family tension, work fatigue, health issues, and uncertainty have created an imbalance in our lives, consequently decreasing our overall well-being. We are all striving to grow the life we desire. I help individuals flourish through integrative, evidence-based therapy while providing a structure of accountability for in-between-session work.
I've been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) since 2008, was initially licensed as an LPCA in 2004, and am currently a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, AD(H)D, substance use, trauma, and relationship conflicts. I genuinely enjoy empowering individuals to grow. Together, we can develop a toolbox of resources to help you become more resilient.
I have been a therapist for over 12 years. I understand that life presents it challenges and that my job is to help you navigate those challenges so that you can live the life you deserve. You are the expert in your life I greatly appreciate you willing to let me on this journey with you. I believe that this is your journey and i am just along to give assistance on the way.
The one question I get most often by clients and peers is: Why did you go into the counseling profession? My response is always the same. First, I have always had a desire to help people in a time of need or distress. I have felt this way as far back as high school. Secondly, I went through a debilitating anxiety disorder in my mid-twenties. I know first-hand the helplessness and desperation mental and emotional pain causes. I never condone a therapist sharing with a client, they know how the client feels unless they themselves have experienced a similar type of pain. Lastly, I believe in the power of counseling and the benefits it can offer. Counseling is very different from medicine. Counseling requires the client to be actively involved in the process of healing and growth rather than taking medication and waiting for it to work. Counseling empowers a client to by allowing them to see their progress towards the life they desire on a daily, weekly, and even monthly basis.

Hi , this is Shipra Singh, I am an independently licensed clinician and supervisor, in Kentucky. I have been practicing since 17 years, and have worked with individuals, couples, families and groups. I believe in being a comrade of my clients in their journey of healing and finding a balance in their life. Therapy in todays world is not just a means to support our mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression etc, but therapy also serves as the most needed form of self care and a safe space to process our daily life challenges. This helps in not bringing those challenges in our relationships and other life areas, and rather enjoy them and be present with them. I aim to work with my clients at a pace they identify as safe and healthy for them, and with time find stability with their emotional , mental and social life needs and areas.
Throughout my life I have had many mentors and supports who have helped me grow as a person and as a therapist. The enjoyment of being part of helping people find a life that is fulfilling motivates me even after almost 30 years to do this work. I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist because it was an approach that was strength based and free from the blame that in some way we are broken. I have learned that many things impact the choices and decisions we make and instead of focusing on what is wrong the better thing to do is find out what an individual or couple's strengths are and take those, build upon them so that the person/ couple can heal old wounds and find a better way of living. That does not mean ignoring problems, it means healing so that you can better solve your problems.

As a parent, you may notice the growing complexity of raising teens in a world that never slows down. Normal adolescent development already brings its own demands. Add increasing academic pressure, social stress, and digital exposure, and some teens begin to struggle with anxiety, emotional reactivity, mood problems, trauma, and harmful coping behaviors.
It can be hard to know what's typical, what's escalating, and what to do next.
Using a flexible approach, I help families make sense of what to accept, support, and nurture, and what needs thoughtful intervention. I work to help young people build insight and learn regulation and coping skills while helping caregivers respond with confidence, clarity, and skills to support lasting change.
Hello, I'm Jonathan. As a christian counselor I understand that the challenge for anyone who wants to change is to find the inspiration and motivation to start and then the confidence to continue. Once you do, you will find that the blessings far outweigh any hardships it took to get there.
