Hi, I'm Liz.
Do you have trouble calming your mind and stopping your rushing thoughts? Do you have trouble focusing and juggling work and personal obligations? Do you see how a lack of self-love and confidence makes life harder to handle? Do you often feel weight down by feelings of anxiety or depression? Are you struggling to overcome communication challenges in your relationship? Can you imagine what life would be like if you were more confident and happier? Life can feel a lot different when “Thinking leads to feeling if we think differently, then we feel differently”.
There is nothing you wouldn’t do for things to feel normal again. You don’t have to go at it alone, together we will work on strategies that allow you to address and overcome challenges. Together, we can identify what's not working and make changes to help you regain a sense of control over your life.
I'm here to support you, whether you're going through periods of anxiety and despair, overwhelm, or relationship problems. It can be intimidating to seek counseling, but you have made the first and most important step by reaching out for help. I provide a safe place for you to heal and develop. I'll approach you with compassion and use strategies that have been proven effective so you may get over the shackles and routines holding you back.
Hello, I am looking forward to working with you. I do not say help, I say working with, as we are in this together. I hope to be able to provide you with the tools and the skills that you need to overcome and deal with life on life's terms. I also am flexible with appointment times, my calendar reflects when I am able to meet with little notice.
Life shouldn’t feel like constant survival mode. If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or questioning your direction, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels more steady and fulfilling.

Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!
I have been independently licensed since 2016. I have worked in many areas of social work so my knowledge in the field is very diverse. I have worked out patient, hospital and in patient. I am trained in EMDR and can provide CBT and psycho therapy.
I offer therapy that focuses on what you need to live your life to its fullest. I can treat trauma, anxiety, depression and many other diagnoses that clients struggle with. I hope to be able to help you. I try very hard to make my sessions tailored to what you as a client need. I am very person centered and i want to make this experience as therapeutic as I can.

Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been practicing for over 20 years. I work with adults, couples, and families including children, and adolescents. My goal is to work with each person individually from a person-centered perspective. I want you to feel that you are in control of your progress by identifying your needs and focusing on your strengths . My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, post-partum depression, parenting, chronic illness, and grief. The person centered approach means that the client is the center of everything from the initial assessment, to the development of the goals, to the treatment that is provided. I understand therapy can feel uncomfortable and the thought of sharing yourself with someone you don't know (yet) can be overwhelming. Give me a call and we can talk for an initial conversation to see if it will be a good fit.

I’m a therapist who keeps things real and meets people where they’re at. I work with adults dealing with trauma, stress, and life transitions, and my goal is to create a space where you can just be yourself without feeling judged.
I use a mix of approaches depending on what actually works for you—including EMDR, Client centered, CBT, DBT, or TF-CBT for trauma and an integrative mental health approach that looks at the whole picture, not just symptoms. That can mean talking through things, building practical coping skills, or exploring how your mind and body are connected.

Hi, I’m Marie — a therapist who believes that change is always possible, no matter where you are in life. My goal is to help you feel better emotionally, think more clearly, and move toward a future that feels fulfilling and peaceful.

I also use a solution-focused approach, which means we’ll focus on your strengths, celebrate what’s working, and create small, realistic steps that bring real progress.
I often work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or major life changes—like adjusting after a loss, a new diagnosis, or changes that come with getting older. My approach is supportive and empowering. I want you to feel heard, encouraged, and equipped with the tools to handle life’s challenges with more confidence and hope. As an immigrant and a bilingual therapist speaking both English and French, I understand the importance of culture, identity, and belonging. My background helps me approach therapy with openness, cultural sensitivity, and a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit.

My role is to walk alongside you, encourage you, and empower you to move toward the healthier, more fulfilling life you desire.
