My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts effect behaviors which effect your actions. CBT looks at this triangle and help change the way you think about life and your choices to help focus on more positive choices.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Works on bringing negative feelings that are inside you. They are there anyway, so why not deal with them. We then turn to more positive thoughts to help replace the negative.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Your body and mind, and thoughts are all connected. Mindfulness allows you to deal with both and help change the way your body and mind feel.

Eric is easy to talk to. He is a great listener and gives great, helpful feedback and suggestions. This review is after my second appointment and I plan to continue working with him. 10/10 definitely recommend.
