I believe therapy works best when it is a partnership. You are the expert on your life—your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals. My role is to serve as a guide, helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop the tools needed to become the person you desire to be.
My approach focuses on helping you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how those patterns influence your relationships, decisions, and everyday life. Together, we will identify what is working, explore areas where you would like to see change, and develop practical strategies that support your personal growth.
I strive to create a space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and work through challenges without judgment. Therapy is not about me telling you who you should be or what you should do. It is about us working together to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and make meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live.
Therapy is teamwork. You bring your experiences and goals, I bring guidance and support, and together we work toward the change you want to see. I'm ready to meet you where you are and help you take the next step toward where you want to be.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and action-oriented. I believe therapy works best when it helps you feel more like yourself- clearer, calmer, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we’ll focus on interrupting old patterns and building new skills that help you move forward with confidence.

My goal is to support individuals in learning healthy coping skills that they can utilize in their current situations as well as in the future. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am driven by a strong desire to help others navigate the complexities of life and improve their mental health and wellbeing. I have always been interested in the human mind and the ways in which it can be affected by the world around us, and I believe therapy is a powerful tool for addressing these issues.
I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand it's effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves. I had a natural curiosity to understand the world, how people think, and what drives human behavior. I also believe in the power of connectedness. All these things came together and pushed me to pursue my graduate degree in counseling. My experiences early on taught me that no one is perfect, we all struggle, and we all deserve grace. I am here to tell you that your story doesn't have to end where it is now. I aim to show that we are all resilient and have the ability to overcome challenges.
Are you feeling stuck in a never-ending cycle of negative thoughts and habits? Maybe you’re feeling unfulfilled despite all your efforts to make things work. If so, I’m here to help. Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Valdosta State University. I was born and raised in Nebraska but have made Georgia my home, and I truly love it here.
I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, meaningful support. I know that reaching out for help is not always easy, and I want you to know that taking that step says a lot about your strength and your commitment to yourself. My goal is to make sure that from the moment you connect with me, you feel welcome, heard, and comfortable.
I am an animal lover through and through, and that love has found a natural home in my clinical practice. I incorporate pet therapy into my work with clients, and I have seen firsthand the incredible impact that a furry friend can have on even the most difficult days. Whether it helps break the ice, ease anxiety, or simply bring a moment of joy into a hard season, it is one of my favorite tools to offer.
Outside of my passion for animals, I am deeply committed to doing work that matters. I show up for my clients with honesty, warmth, and a whole lot of heart. I believe in meeting people where they are, walking alongside them through the hard stuff, and celebrating the wins along the way — big and small.
If you are looking for a therapist who will be real with you, root for you, and work hard alongside you, I would love to connect. I can't wait to meet you.
