In our first session, we will talk about your history, struggles, and goals. Your session time is time you can focus on yourself. My only expectation is for you to show up. We can figure the rest out together.

I have been using psychodynamic as a treatment method for the entirety of my professional career. Psychodynamic therapy is like looking through a magnifying glass at your past experiences to understand the impact and influence on your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In our work together, I will look for recurring patterns to identify underlying themes. By bringing these hidden pieces to light, valuable insight and healthy coping mechanisms can help manage day to day concerns.
