Hello, I'm Tina. Taking the step to therapy can be a scary and daunting decision, but I'm here to support you every step of the way. I will treat you with empathy and respect, creating a space where you can talk freely without fear of being judged. As an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC, fire service/EMS members, and veterans, I am committed to providing inclusive and compassionate care for all my clients.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will talk about your history, struggles, and goals. Your session time is time you can focus on yourself. My only expectation is for you to show up. We can figure the rest out together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am patient and non-judgmental, fostering a place and feeling of safety. Your story is one that deserves to be heard. I am here to hold space for you and listen.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with any client who is trying to heal from past events. Whether that is trauma, family not accepting them, or someone seeking empowerment to learn about themselves.

There is so much I would love to say about this lovely person, but 500 characters will not cut it. She has helped me so much in what feels like a short time span, and makes me feel like my issues and problems matter. I look forward to all the sessions we have. Thank you!

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

I have been using psychodynamic as a treatment method for the entirety of my professional career. Psychodynamic therapy is like looking through a magnifying glass at your past experiences to understand the impact and influence on your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In our work together, I will look for recurring patterns to identify underlying themes. By bringing these hidden pieces to light, valuable insight and healthy coping mechanisms can help manage day to day concerns.
