Hey, I'm Robyn. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, and one thing I've learned is that life can be complicated. Sometimes you know exactly what the problem is and just don't know what to do about it. Other times, you just know you're tired of feeling the way you feel. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. You don't have to come in knowing what to say or having everything figured out. We'll start where you are and go from there.

Hello! I’m Dr. Liana Lorenzo-Echeverri, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to supporting women, moms, and moms-to-be across Florida through online therapy. With both a Master’s and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, I bring a blend of professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to every session. As a mother of two, I deeply understand the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and navigating life transitions. I specialize in maternal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum support, grief from miscarriage, and helping women explore meaningful life decisions around parenthood and identity. My passion is creating a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your goals, strengthen your resilience, and build the life you envision. Over the years, I’ve helped women as young as 18 recognize their inner strengths, gain clarity through change, and overcome stress, anxiety, or uncertainty. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by motherhood, considering whether to have children, or simply navigating the complexities of modern life, I work collaboratively with you to uncover strategies that promote balance, confidence, and well-being. My approach centers on understanding you — your story, your values, and your unique experiences — so we can tailor therapy to meet your needs. I’m here to support you, help you feel heard, and empower you to face life’s transitions with courage and confidence. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a therapy session so we can explore how working together may support your goals.

If you recently lost coverage or had an insurance change, I currently have openings and can discuss options. My mission is to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence. I take a holistic, client-centered approach rooted in the biopsychosocial model—addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and environment to support lasting well-being. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the person in front of me. I am also actively pursuing certification in Mind-Body Medicine through the Center for Mind Body Medicine and frequently integrate these techniques—such as meditation, guided imagery, and breathwork—into sessions to support emotional balance and self-regulation. With extensive training in geriatric assessment, I have a deep passion for working with older adults, helping them maintain cognitive and emotional vitality in later life. As a certified clinical supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, I am also committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of compassionate, skilled social workers. I’m passionate about walking with people as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery—especially those in communities that have often been overlooked or underserved. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a variety of roles: school teacher, parole officer, child protective services investigator, state benefits worker, and therapy aide for individuals with brain injuries. Each experience deepened my understanding of resilience, empathy, and the importance of community connection. In our work together, no concern is “too small.” This is your space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you sort through the things that matter most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll work together to explore your strengths, challenges, and goals, at a pace that feels right for you. Hello, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent many years supporting people through grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and uncertainty. In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief-Informed Professional (CGIP), I bring specialized training to our work together. Additionally, I hold a Comprehensive 3-Year Certification in Intermodal Expressive Arts. You do not need to feel “creative” to work with me. I approach mental wellness as a spectrum of being that will regularly ebb and flow for all people. We all have "good" days and "not so good" days; we all need someone to talk to and to listen to us when days are harder, and we all need a compassionate voice to tell us that we can work through this. Menatl health work is manageable when it is education and information based, which helps us to make our problems seem more manageable. I like to help my clients feel comfortable about talking through their thoughts and obstacles, and finding real, simple solutions to problems. I have worked with people of all ages; my youngest client was 3 years old, and my oldest client was 84; I am proud to say that I can adjust to meet clients' needs. This is due to my ability to listen and to collaborate actively with clients to help them have a say in their care and healing.

From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others and found deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in people’s lives. Raised in an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military as a way to pursue my education and create new opportunities for myself. During my time in the military, I relocated frequently and had the privilege of connecting with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems. These experiences shaped my understanding of how our differences enrich us, while also recognizing how they can create internal struggles, relational challenges, and emotional stress. This perspective led me to pursue a career in social work. Today, I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care and supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change—one person at a time. It is so hard to try to tell your life story to a stranger, but just know I'm here to help you find the strength you thought you lost but is just hiding deep in you. We will work together to help you achieve your goals. Spanish: Es my dificil contarle su historia a un estrano, pero yo estoy aqui para ayudarle a encontrar su fuerza interior para mejorar.

My name is Romy Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with various populations with mental health and substance abuse struggles. I also provided Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adolescents and their families who were living in homeless shelters and were in the court system. I have also worked with women with Post-Partum depression and struggling with substance abuse. Two of the modalities that I work with are Brainspotting and EMDR. Brainspotting focuses on identifying specific eye positions (“brainspots”) that connect to unprocessed material in the brain. By maintaining focused attention on these spots, clients are able to access, process, and resolve underlying issues at a deeper neurological level. This approach is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, allowing for profound healing in a safe, attuned, and client-centered space. I also specialize in EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I guide clients through structured phases that use bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements) to help the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences. This allows painful memories to lose their intensity and supports the development of more adaptive, empowering beliefs. EMDR is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, offering deep and lasting relief in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment.

Hi, I’m Anakarla. If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, hard on yourself, or unsure of who you’re becoming, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to sort it out by yourself. Many of the people I work with are used to “holding it together” on the outside, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or questioning their direction on the inside. I’m a Latina therapist who believes therapy should feel warm, supportive, and rooted in real connection, not clinical or distant. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, which means we move at your pace and work together as a team. I see you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you make sense of your experiences, gently challenge what’s not serving you, and support you in building a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. Our work together is a mix of reflection and action. We’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also building practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I often incorporate approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, but in a way that feels natural, not overwhelming or overly technical. Think of it as creating a toolkit that helps you not just cope, but feel more grounded, confident, and intentional in how you live. I also believe healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. When it feels right, I bring in humor and lightness to help you feel more at ease and human in the process.

I’m Joseph Contes, but many call me “Joe”, and if you want you can too. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and founder of Crosscurrent Health. My approach to therapy is grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a focus on helping people feel understood while building practical tools for lasting change. I work with children ages 8 and up, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity development, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of clinical settings including crisis services, emergency psychiatry, community mental health, correctional environments, and higher education. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy today: calm, adaptable, and centered on meeting people where they are without judgment. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a steady, genuine partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all process. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, and family-focused interventions while remaining flexible to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences openly. At the heart of my work is the belief that growth happens when clarity meets support. Whether someone is working through past experiences, managing current stressors, or trying to reconnect with themselves and others, my goal is to help them move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and steadiness through life’s crosscurrents.
