Hi, I’m Cornelia. (Hablo Espanol)
I know it is not easy to speak to a stranger about the hardest things we are going through. I commend you for stepping out of your comfort zone and seeking therapy.
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2008. I am qualified to provide therapy/counseling to those who live in Florida. I do not prescribe medication because I am not a psychiatrist. I can refer you to one if needed.
I have worked with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment and life transitions, women's issues, weight difficulties, addictions, chronic/terminal illness and caregiver burnout. I acknowledge your journey and will teach positive ways to deal with difficulties that are serving as obstacles preventing you from transforming your life.
I have over 25 years of experience working with clients to address concerns stemming from anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship issues, career changes, and other various stage-of-life concerns. My clinical area of focus involves Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Stress Management. Through discussion and exploration with you, we will develop a working plan to address your needs and goals.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I completed my registered internship at a private practice specializing in working with the youth population and Autism population. My ideal client is someone ready to make a positive change in his or her life, working through self-improvement. These clients wish to improve/develop skills they are having difficulty with and/or are not able to develop on their own.
To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.
Hi! I'm Eileen.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues? Since the onslaught of Covid 19, many people have presented with anxiety and depression who have never had symptoms in the past. We have experienced a time of uncertainty unknown to us. I empower clients of all ages to manage anxiety and depression, as well as provide tools to help. Some of my modalities include Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An integrated approach can be used as well. I have been described as a good, caring, sensitive, and energetic listener. I love being a therapist and enjoy seeing my clients grow over time due to putting in the necessary work.
I have a background in Strategic Intervention Life Coaching and integrate the methods I used successfully in my Life Coaching business into my therapy sessions with my clients in helping them to clarify their goals, identify obstacles holding them back, and then along with the client, help them come up with strategies for overcoming the obstacles.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with YOU!!

I am a committed Christian. My wife and I have been married for over 30 years during which we successfully raised three children. I am a master’s-trained clinician with over a decade of hands-on clinical experience. My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it.
I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms. EMDR allows us to work at the root level and utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy with CBT and DBT. Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies provide practical tools for navigating daily life such as, mindfulness practices and working to defeat cognitive distortions that impact our relationships. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully, adapting the work to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients often describe my style as direct, solution focused, collaborative, and grounded. The bond that is created between us is the most important, and I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both safe, person centered and honest—where insight leads to action, and healing is something we actively build together.
