Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Florida State University and have been practicing for over 15 years. I help teens and adults struggling with depression and anxiety to become the best versions of themselves. I have worked with diverse populations and have experience working with adults, couples, groups, children and adolescents.
Do you find yourself achieving outward success yet feeling inwardly unsatisfied or burdened? Despite managing daily tasks and reaching goals, you may struggle to authentically connect with yourself, impacting your relationships, work, finances, and overall happiness. It's time to break free from this cycle! I specialize in helping individuals uncover underlying hurts, pains, and traumas that often hide behind "high-functioning" depression/anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.
As a licensed clinical social worker grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with over 6 years of experience, I am dedicated to transforming negative thought patterns and behaviors. My approach is warm, supportive, and inquisitive. I have a knack for seeing the positive in any situation, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment where I integrate interests like reading, arts, crafts, and music/art into sessions.
Together, in a supportive and non-judgmental space, we can explore these emotions and rediscover your authentic self. If you're ready to embark on a journey toward inner healing, I invite you to take the next step. Let's cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and fulfillment in your life.
Are you experiencing stress, worry, racing thoughts, impaired sleep, feeling on edge, heart racing, nightmares, or/and flashbacks? Do you replay moments in your head? My specialty is helping women uncover the root of their problems and empowering them with tools to regain balance, calm, and confidence. You don’t have to face it all alone. Let me help you on this journey! Imagine yourself empowered, as we find recurring themes and self-defeating patterns. You will discover ways to overcome fear and other emotional obstacles. Problems, once confronted, lead to insights and newfound strength, self-acceptance and freedom.
My advanced training is in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) which is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from anxiety, trauma and PTSD symptoms. My experience and training help us to quickly identify key issues, unconscious factors and ways to resolve them.
My primary focus is on helping women find balance and peace after experiencing trauma, navigating through life transitions and unhealthy relationships. I can work with you to develop healthy coping skills and gain insight. I love to help others feel at peace and whole again.
If there is one thing that I would like for you to know is that the most crucial part of therapy is to find a therapist that you trust. My priority is to create a genuine connection with my clients by creating a safe and non-judgmental space for them. I am a Latina Christian woman who loves serving my community wholeheartedly; with no judgement. Let me help you reclaim your voice, your confidence, and your sense of direction. You deserve to feel at peace with yourself and proud of the woman you’re becoming.
I provide a supportive, caring place for individuals and families to make positive changes in their relationships, personal health, life transitions, and with past trauma. Whether you are struggling with transitions in life, marital issues, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, or difficulty with parenting; I offer strategies for real change. Clients have described me as knowledgeable, genuine, trustworthy, and someone who models living with integrity.
Rehema Alceus (she/her) is a Florida-based African-American Licensed Social Worker. She is a Florida-native and graduate of Barry University. Rehema specializes in geriatric, mood disorders and personality disorders. She takes pride in equitable care through case management services for at-risk and underserved populations.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or past experiences that still affect you today, you don’t have to carry it alone. I work with BIPOC adults ages 18 to 65 who are navigating trauma, self-doubt, and the pressure to always be strong for others. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported.
My work is grounded in cultural awareness, compassion, and honesty. I use approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, but I focus less on labels and more on what actually helps you feel better in your daily life. Together, we look at patterns that feel stuck and gently challenge the beliefs or experiences that may be holding you back.
I take a collaborative and active approach to therapy. That means we work as a team. I will support you at a pace that feels safe, while also encouraging insight, practical tools, and meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions.
I help ambitious women redefine success, thrive, and embrace a softer approach to life. I guide you in formulating a plan to let go of the "I have to do it, or it won't get done" mindset and lead a balanced life through self-discovery. Many therapy approaches focus on a single issue, but life is rarely that simple. I have an integrative approach that combines traditional talk therapy with humor, insight, and intuition. Together, we will prioritize a plan that addresses each of your concerns.
I received my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I have an extensive background in working with mental health and addictions. Hello, my name is Veronica, and I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
My calling is to encourage and support my clients on their journeys to improving their relationships with others and more importantly, with themselves. I believe that each of us has the power to heal and grow as individuals. My goal, through the use of therapy, is to educate, empower, and provide clients with the necessary tools to cope with life’s challenges.
Hello, it will soon be great to meet you as you visit my Grow Therapy Provider Profile. I'm Jacqueline Gibb, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I work with all ages in the Tampa FL area. You can meet with me for an in-office visit or teletherapy. I enjoy working with clients who feel they struggle with a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, focus and concentration issues, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder to name a few. It can be frustrating when an individual is struggling emotionally with more negative than positive feelings and it can keep an individual feeling stuck in their emotional pain. I have diligently studied the understanding of the amygdala in the brain and how the amygdala and hippocampus interprets emotional, physical, and sexual abuse that can keep a person feeling that they can't break free from the negative memories of their past. Also, these painful memories will continue to remind individuals of the traumatic event(s) they went through. Remember, you're not alone and you are valuable. The trainings that I've received can move you forward toward your life goals and the good news is that you and I working together to reduce the negative thoughts and feelings you have had to suffer through. Now, you can obtain the sense of belonging and joy you deserve in this life without negative thoughts and feelings popping up in your head when you least expect them. I also believe psychoeducation is an important part of the healing process. This helps you to understand certain types of thinking patterns and behavior reactions the human brain does and how you can reduce and stop those type of negative feelings as you move forward with healing.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I work with all faith denominations, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
It takes courage to reach for a more fulfilling and happier life! By making an appointment with me, you're taking the first brave step towards change. If you're ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you to move boldly into your future!
I look forward to working with you, together, we can get your life back on track! Don't forget, believe in yourself, and remember "You Are Valuable."

Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.

Many Black men carry responsibility, emotion, and expectation without having a space to process what they’re carrying. Over time, this can show up as stress, anger, anxiety, or feeling worn down. I provide individual therapy for Black men and for adolescents who need a space where they are understood. I also help parents and caregivers — especially those raising Black and Brown boys and families in blended or co-parenting systems — build clarity, connection, and consistent discipline. My approach is relational, culturally informed, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen your family system.
I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success.
