Hello! I work with people who want help finding ways to live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I help people recognize their strengths as we work together to overcome difficulties. Almost all of us struggle with many of the same questions. "Am I good enough?" "Why do I feel like I don't matter?" "Will I ever be truly happy when I seem to make the same choices over and over again?" Do you want to manage anxiety? Do you feel depressed? Have you experienced a trauma? Do you find yourself unable to finish projects or find your car keys? Are the kids struggling? Whatever is going wrong, a safe place to talk, knowing your trust will never be compromised, is a wonderful gift you can give yourself. During the first visit, we'll talk about what you want to see happen. Together will come up with a plan. Lasting change is possible. You can create a happy and fulfilling life.

My name is Keisha Williams. I am human, and I understand that challenges occur in our lives when we least expect it. I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. Hi, I’m Kim, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, substance use concerns, and difficult life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and have a particular interest in helping clients process painful experiences and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, respected, and free from judgment. Together, we can explore how past experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and patterns of substance use or other coping behaviors may be affecting your life while developing healthier ways of coping and responding. I integrate EMDR with evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My work emphasizes emotional regulation, self-awareness, healthy boundaries, communication, self-compassion, and practical coping skills. When addressing substance use, I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore triggers, motivation for change, underlying emotional needs, and healthier strategies for managing stress and difficult emotions. I recognize that trauma, grief, mental health concerns, and substance use can be interconnected. Painful experiences may influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and cope with distress. I approach this work with careful attention to emotional safety, preparation, stabilization, and readiness. Therapy does not need to be rushed. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, recognizing your strengths, and making meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand what you are carrying, and support you in building greater confidence, resilience, healthier coping strategies, and trust in yourself as you move forward.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve supported clients in breaking destructive patterns, improving communication, and creating relationships rooted in respect and understanding. Hello, I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel genuinely heard, and explore what is happening in your life without fear of judgment. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with doctoral-level training, I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier patterns that support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. I do not believe therapy is about simply telling you what to do or giving you a list of solutions. Instead, I work alongside you to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that can help you move forward with greater confidence and intention. I also understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create an environment where you can be honest and curious, feel supported, and work at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling ready for something different, therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, stronger boundaries, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and deeper confidence in the choices you make. I want you to leave therapy not only feeling understood, but also feeling more equipped to navigate life independently, trust yourself, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you. I view therapy as a partnership, and I value creating a space where you can feel challenged, encouraged, and genuinely supported throughout the process.

You may be going through big changes in life, fatherhood-motherhood, new marriage, professional challenges, or facing illness, getting older, losing people close to you, moving to a new place, starting over after divorce, or adjusting after a breakup or a change in your military life. These experiences can make anyone wonder who they are, how they relate to others, how they make decisions, and how they deal with grief, change, and conflict. Life keeps giving me chances to adjust to changes in my body, feelings, thoughts, and spirit. Some days are easier than others, and that’s just part of being human. I see it as a way to keep getting stronger, more flexible, and better at handling life. When my emotions feel really strong, I may feel pulled in different directions. But reaching out, connecting with someone, and taking action usually helps me stay resilient and keep moving forward.

Hi, I'm Jacob. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and help you move toward lasting healing. My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. As a young person, I lived through significant trauma, including abuse and profound loss. Like many people, I searched for ways to cope before I had healthy support. My healing journey began when I started serving others, which eventually led me to become an EMDR therapist. Experiencing EMDR for myself transformed the way I understood healing and inspired me to pursue advanced training and certification. Today, I use EMDR alongside a client-centered approach, always meeting you where you are. I believe healing is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

Hi there, welcome to my practice. I invite you to journey with me in the collaborative process of becoming the best version of yourself. Together we can explore and identify your goals for therapy. We will use a holistic approach using our body, mind, and spirit in a safe and compassionate space to grow and get back to peace and balance. I use an integrative approach which draws on several therapeutic orientations. I take the entire person, community, family, socio-economic and cultural aspects that all have an influence on your life circumstances. I then work with you to identify your strengths and build confidence to take on the challenge of change. I have enjoyed 38 years of clinical practice in a variety of settings, and a wide spectrum of ages and cultures. I truly enjoy people and I am certain that I can find a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. Seeking therapy can be scary at first but you are courageous. Whatever your unique situation may be, I look forward to working with you to work on your goals.

Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.

As a clinical social worker, I use a strength-based and person-centered approach when working with clients. My expertise is treating anxiety, depression and OCD and I have experience working with clients seeking support for many other challenges as well. My clients include adults, families, and teens. I personalize each treatment plan and makes sure that I am working with the client, not just the diagnosis. My goal is to make clients feel empowered on their journey through their mental health challenges and other adversities. I am a strong proponent of building a therapeutic alliance with every client I work with - trust and mutual respect between myself and clients are essential. I like to make my sessions lively and come prepared each time we meet. Therapy is hard work but that doesn't mean it can't be fun as well!

I have 6 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker where I have been able to utilize my bilingual skills specifically with adolescents and their families. Along with acquiring skills in expressive therapies, therapy outdoors,  as well as superhero therapy to utilize fandom and creativity to help clients reach their Better Tomorrow. Currently I am an MSTI Florida Certified Sex Therapist. I am a mother, a wife, a survivor, and like you I am flawed.  Each of us is on a journey of self growth and discovery and I would love to be a part of yours.

I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what's going on and start making meaningful changes. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs and believe therapy should leave you with both insight and practical tools you can use in everyday life. I am Haitian American and speak Haitian Creole. My faith is an important part of who I am and has shaped my values of compassion, grace, and service. At the same time, I welcome and affirm people from all backgrounds, beliefs, identities, and walks of life. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone. My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained. As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations. If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
