I am a licensed mental health counselor (Florida & Delaware) with over 25 years of experience working with diverse individuals in the community, private practice, and residential substance abuse treatment. Never in a million years did I ever think providing counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, would be the career to captivate my heart….but it is! My specialties are working with clients who may be suffering from traumatic incidents, substance abuse, various forms of anxiety (PTSD, stress disorders), depression, self-esteem, and gender identity. Making the decision to receive any form of mental health counseling can be taxing, however, the results are often positive and rewarding. Learning to face your fears in a healthy and appropriate manner is a sign of growth and maturity. It is not an easy task. You will cry, laugh, and maybe feel a little uncomfortable at times. This is just the therapeutic process working to make you emotionally stronger. *Please note that my preference for treatment sessions are individual and group therapy. However, I do provide a limited number of couples or family therapy sessions for special circumstances.

Hi, I’m Lesley. I am a licensed therapist providing therapy to adults in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I often see people struggling with what I call “reality gaps”, which is the space between the life you have and the life you want. The wider that gap feels, the more distress tends to grow. I have over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents facing chronic depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, and relational conflict.

Hi. My name is Christine Toler, Chris, and I earned my Ed.S and LPC- MHSP in the state of Tennessee, New Jersey and Delaware. I have been licensed as a Professional Counselor since 2010, and a School Counselor since 2006. I started being a believer in therapy when it first helped me over forty years ago, (as a child). I thought what a wonderful way to get to the root of the problem... and get rid of it. Since then, I have been working on myself as a client as well as acquiring a licensure to help others, including teens, adults and families. I focus on solution based and non-judgmental cognitive therapy. I believe understanding a problem is not the end of the work. (unfortunately) The action we take to support a positive change... is what changes lives. And while I have experienced that in some very important areas... I continue to grow... daily. I choose to be transparent about that because I believe it is important to the work that my clients know I understand how it feels to be in their chair. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, doubt, guilt, grief, or all of the above, I believe I can help you.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I have worked with individuals of all ages—from children to adults—and have extensive experience supporting adults with cognitive challenges. My approach is always individualized and adaptable, using modified strategies when needed to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful, and effective for you. Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem impossible to manage. In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome any barriers that you feel are holding you back. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty managing emotions, or navigating a challenging life transition, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and strategies to help you build resilience, find balance, and create a more fulfilling life. I have a breadth of experience that allows me to be very flexible so I can move where the person I am working with is at. I like to make people comfortable first. I know therapy is challenging and I recognize that it can be hard to open up to a stranger about things. Professionally I have a many years working with veterans/military, people who had a TBI, mental health, substance abuse, and more. Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a short-term, solution-oriented therapist that focuses on identifying and relieving on mild-to-moderate mental health symptoms, likely related to newer onset life stressors: family and relationship issues, school and work, grief and loss, medical diagnoses, etc. Though I would love to serve all that are seeking mental health therapy, it's important that I remain within my scope of competence and scope of practice. Therefore, I'm ethically unable to accept clients seeking long-term/maintenance care or specialized interventions (e.g., trauma, OCD, etc.). My approach to therapy tends to resonate best with clients who are moderately motivated to truly seek out solutions to their issues and symptoms, and are willing to do the work- both in session, and out- to achieve the results desired. We collaborate to identify the issues, and put in the actual work to make change for resolution. Though I am a clinician that utilizes evidence-based practices and interventions, I would definitely say I'm also a bit of a life coach!

My name is Dawn Sheree Paramore, a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health with a Doctorate in Prevention Science, which aligns with my passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and significant life transitions. In addition, I have worked with LGBTQIA+ individuals both as a volunteer and in practice, and can assist with many related concerns. I have experience with various diagnoses, but I view each client as a person, not a diagnosis. I work collaboratively with each client on the goals you set, to help you achieve meaningful progress and personal growth.

I have been in private practice for 7 years. I have been in the mental health field in varying capacities for over 20 years. I have a therapy dog named Jacoby, who clients seem to really enjoy having in session. I am working on creating a space to incorporate other animals such as goats, chickens, donkeys, horses, and a cow into sessions for clients who so choose to access this. I also am working to incorporate other aspects of agriculture such as working with dirt and planting/growing things for clients who feel they might benefit from grounding experiences. I have a sand tray that I also can incorporate in sessions. I support the LGBTQ+ community, and work to create safe spaces for all of my clients. I have taken some steps along a deconstruction journey in an effort to support individuals of the global majority and create a safe space for these individuals as well.

Hi! My name is Monet Clark. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH). I also have a M.Ed. in counseling. Having worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, I have often wondered why some individuals struggle while others appear to function well. Through years of self-reflection, I realized loving yourself is a priority. Without it, your ability to function declines. One of my favorite quotes is "It is not selfish, but self-full. My cup runneth over. What comes out of the cup is for ya'll. What's in the cup is mine. But I've got to keep my cup full. "-Iyanla Vanzant. Everyone deserves happiness.
