Hello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently able to work with individuals residing in Pennsylvania, Delaware Washington, and Hawaii. As a mental health therapist, my focus areas include mood disorders (such as anxiety and depression), life coaching, career advising and women's issues. I worked in education for over 15 years prior to starting in the behavioral health field, and gained an abundance of experience with neurodiversity as it pertains to ADHD and learning differences as well. I'm happy to provide psychoeducation on these and other topics as well.
At our first session, I will ask questions about your background, needs and goals so that we can get to know one another better. I will also explain more about therapeutic process overall, and allow you to ask questions and address any concerns that you might have.
