In our first session together, my goal is to help you feel safe and understood. We will talk about what brought you here, what you are hoping for, and what feels most overwhelming right now.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I love what I do! I am passionate about helping others feel better. I aim to normalize feelings of anxiety and depression. Talking and working through difficult things can improve how we feel about ourselves and our situation. My goal is for you to leave each session with something meaningful, whether is is a new skill, an insight, or a moment of relief.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
While I use several methods, I find CBT to very helpful in practical solutions to feeling better by working on your negative thought patterns. Changing our thoughts can lead to feeling better.
