What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, you'll experience a warm and secure environment to embark on your counseling journey. I will prioritize understanding and ensure your voice is heard. With your permission, the counseling journey will begin with scheduling follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach blends evidence-based theoretical methods and biblical principles to address unhelpful thought patterns. I offer a range of evidence-based tools such as bibliocounseling, Socratic Worksheets, meditation, and Christ-centered meditation, personalized to help you understand and analyze your thoughts and behavior more effectively.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My counseling approach is anchored in a profound faith in God and a deep respect for the autonomy of others. I strongly believe in every individual's inherent right to forge their own path, and I tailor my sessions to address their distinct needs for safety and acceptance. With over twenty years of experience providing counseling to diverse international and multicultural clients, I have gained valuable insight into the pivotal role of culture and faith in the process of change. As a military wife and avid traveler, I bring a unique perspective and understanding to my practice.
