I am familiar with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders.

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who resides in Arizona. I have an LPC in both the state of Arizona and Colorado. For more than 9 years I have worked with both young adults and adults suffering from mood disorders, chemical addictions, behavioral addictions, and grief/loss. I have specific training in grief therapy, sexual addiction, autism spectrum disorder, as well as trauma informed care.
I am an experienced clinician who will meet you where you are at with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. I've been trained in multiple modalities that are evidence based to help you meet your goals. My lens in therapy is attachment and trauma based, though I also have training in therapies that can immediately help with emotional regulation and tolerating distress.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, stress, or changes that have affected their overall well-being. This may include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, self-identity, career transitions, chronic or medical conditions, and other significant life experiences.
As a retired Naval veteran, I bring personal insight into military culture, service-related experiences, and the unique challenges that may accompany transitions to civilian life. My experience spans both medical and mental health settings, including supporting military-affiliated individuals and people living with chronic illness. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
I believe meaningful growth happens through relationships with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together. My goal is to create a safe, steady, and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and build greater trust in yourself.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strength-based. I integrate talk therapy, art therapy, and creative expression to support emotional awareness, healing, and personal growth.
Together, we may explore attachment patterns, relationship dynamics, boundaries, self-esteem, identity, family relationships, and the experiences that have shaped who you are today.

My work is for parents of kids who are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or inexplicably challenging to parent — whether they've been formally diagnosed or you're just starting to sense that something feels off, we should talk.
Here’s what I know: parents are influenced by the unconscious emotional blocks and patterns from their own upbringing. My practice focuses on helping parents identify and clear the emotional programming that is keeping them stuck in unhelpful and ineffective parenting patterns.
That means, if you want parenting and family life to feel calmer and less chaotic, it starts with YOU.
It’s not easy. Trust me. I get it.
The parenting stress that comes with raising a child whose brain works differently the world expects, well, it's no joke. While also navigating your own unconscious blocks?!
Instead of letting your childhood programming run the show, our work together will are empowered to be in charge of your choices in parenting and in life.
My Background and Education:
• play therapist working with neurodivergent and neurotypical children and their parents
• therapist/parent coach for moms of 0-5 year-olds
• clinical director of an agency serving children and families
• in-home teacher for autistic preschoolers
• MSW from Boston College and PhD from University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Social Work
Instead of letting your childhood programming run the show, you are empowered to be in charge of your choices in parenting and in life.

This lived experience gives me a deeply empathetic, real-world perspective on the hurdles you face. I am living proof that everyone deserves quality mental health support, and that it is entirely possible to discover vital, healthy new ways of living. My name is Connie Owens, I am passionate about helping women overcome trauma and Narcissistic abuse. My approach is Holistic. We will address the 4 interdependent parts of self; 1. Mind, 2. Body, 3. Soul, and 4. Spirit. I believe that we are each uniquely different and to heal all of you we will need to treat all of you. Together we will develop a plan to look at every aspect of your life to see how it contributes to causing you emotional pain, and then focus on a solution to help you overcome the emotional pain, for good.
I'm Alix, a licensed clinical social worker with a little over nine years of experience providing compassionate and client-centered care to adolescents and adults. I am passionate about supporting clients who struggle with symptoms stemming from trauma, anxiety, OCD, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based tools to recognize patterns that keep clients stuck and learn skills to help manage their day-to-day. During our sessions, I aim to create a warm and inviting space that helps clients feel comfortable exploring tough topics as we work toward creating a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
I am a therapist that enjoys using client centered strategies to help clients better understand themselves and how they exist in the world around them. When I look at my journey through life, I have found that some of the greatest changes I have made were through conversations with others who helped me to see the world from a lens of choice. I have learned over the years that choice relates to actions, that in turn influence dynamics of empowerment and advocacy. Empowerment, advocacy, and perseverance are terms easy to grasp by definition, but much more difficult to follow through with in our day to day experiences. I believe that healing and growth really begin to set in when decisions are made to accept the current reality of ones life and then further commit to strategically apply necessary changes. Over time, I have noticed that therapy often can help people (myself included) gain a greater sense of self efficacy and self confidence, especially when we learn how powerful our thoughts and actions can be! In other words, it is ok if there are things happening in our day that we would rather not go through, however we also have a choice in how we respond in that day. I value the importance of a healthy and healing therapeutic relationship! I also value the process of exploring how trust and hope participate towards how we experience the world.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado. I received my Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver in 2017. After completing my Master’s Degree, I spent almost six years working with criminal justice involved clients - from substance abuse to domestic violence offenders. While I learned a lot doing that work, and it was extremely fulfilling to service victims and offenders, I decided to pursue working for myself within the private practice setting. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral techniques in my sessions, as well as being trained in Brainspotting for trauma specific treatment. I strongly believe in the connection between physical health and mental health, and do my best to focus on both aspects with the clients I see. I feel fortunate to be able to hear and share in other's stories and be a part of their journey to wellness.

My approach is genuine, collaborative, and individualized, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, reconnect with who they are beneath survival mode, and build a life that feels more manageable, authentic, and fulfilling.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck or uncertain about how past experiences affect their present lives. I help them build insight, self-compassion, and resilience while guiding them toward their personal goals.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy working with adults navigating grief, life transitions, aging, and caregiver stress. I understand that seeking support can feel like a big step, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
My background in medical social work has given me the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of life experiences. Over the years, I've learned the value of meeting people where they are, listening deeply to their stories, and recognizing the strengths they already possess. I believe every person's journey is unique, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I tailor each session to your individual needs, goals, and experiences while drawing from evidence-based practices. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore new perspectives, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater resilience and confidence.
Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, adjusting to the changes that come with aging, caring for someone else, or facing another major life transition, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
Have you been feeling little or no enjoyment in the things that used to bring you joy? Do you feel stuck in negative thought patterns or easily irritated? Maybe you are longing for close relationships with others, but once conflict arises or someone begins to be vulnerable, you become scared, which in turn leads you to pull away from those you love.
My aim is to join with you in your therapeutic journey and merely facilitate the process of healing, as I believe each person has the potential and strength within them to overcome whatever adversity they have experienced. I look forward to knowing and understanding each person’s heart, as there is so much beauty, victory, and joy waiting to be unlocked within you all!
I chose this line of work to provide others with the skills they need for walking their life path with their heads held high and love in their hearts. At some point we are all given difficult, transformative opportunities. I would be grateful to assist in honoring life's painful experiences and integrating them as they transform you into something greater. As a yoga teacher, therapist, and spiritual seeker who specializes in working with women I use healing modalities that shift the mind, body, and soul.
My care will provide a safe space to cultivate an understanding of the symptoms present and how they fit into your life story. I will introduce tools to initially help you alleviate and integrate symptoms, but I hope they're more than that. My goal is for you to gain lifelong skills that leave you feeling empowered when faced with life's twists and turns.
Healing is a difficult but beautiful, eye opening journey. I find stimulating the mind, giving the body a voice, and listening to the soul to be the three most important components of healing. My sessions incorporate techniques for relaxing and relating to the body, talk therapy for stimulating the mind, and practices for getting in touch with the soul.
I want to support you where you are most comfortable. I offer both Telehealth & Home-Based (in-home/house call) counseling/therapy. I specialize in the complexities of the life journey with all its transitions. I understand the unique emotional and existential pressures that accompany significant life events. Whether you are navigating the demanding role of a caregiver, processing grief, or facing a difficult health diagnosis, I provide a structured, compassionate environment where you can find both clarity and relief.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Doctor of Natural and Bioenergetic Medicine, I have dedicated my career to understanding the profound dialogue between the mind and the body. In my years of clinical practice, I began to see a recurring pattern: traditional psychotherapy is powerful, but it often reaches a ceiling when the body’s "biological battery" is depleted. I realized that to truly help my clients heal from the inside out, I needed to bridge the gap between psychological processing and the body’s subtle energy systems.
My approach is built on the premise that your life experiences—your joys, traumas, and daily stressors—do not just live in your memory; they live in your cells and your energetic field. By integrating my clinical LPC background with my doctoral training in bioenergetic medicine, I offer a unique, 360-degree therapeutic experience. We don't just talk about the obstacles in your life; we work to shift the underlying energetic and physiological patterns that keep those obstacles in place.
Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, or the complexities of unresolved trauma, my practice is informed by a deep understanding of human bioenergetics. This allows us to look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore how your environment, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique energy pathways are impacting your emotional resilience. My mission is to guide you toward "Integrated Health"—a state where your mind is clear, your nervous system is regulated, and your spirit is fully aligned.

I’ve always been deeply passionate about seeing others thrive and succeed. As my life experiences unfolded, that passion only grew stronger, shaping my desire to serve others and support them in building resilience through life's toughest challenges. I've also long been fascinated by the "why" behind human behavior, which led me to combine these two passions into a life of service-helping others step into and operate at their highest potential.
I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed clinical addictions specialist in the state of Colorado D.C., Virginia, New Mexico and North Carolina. I have been in the field of mental health since 2007. I have enjoyed working with a variety of clients including active-duty military, couples, teens, families, professionals, hospice and he medically compromised. Throughout my career, I have had the chance to help clients struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, marital problems, parenting concerns, family issues, PTSD, military reintegration, addictions, abuse and trauma. Counseling is conducted for a variety of reasons, but everyone has one commonality in their reason for seeking counseling – change. counseling is the gateway to making personal changes and can assist in solving particular problems or learning to lead a healthier life. The counseling process can be interesting and exciting. It can also, at times, be very challenging, difficult and even painful. However, the goal will always be to bring about positive changes. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
I believe that change happens when people are given the proper guidance and tools needed to pursue their goals while also giving them the autonomy to pull on their own strengths and qualities that will get them to the finish line. I provide clients with a space full of compassion and support to help them overcome obstacles and move forward in life. My therapeutic experience mostly consists of services provided to adult and adolescent clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and stress related issues. I tailor various therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing according to the client’s individual needs and wants. I believe that everyone is entitled to pursue and live a fulfilling and happy life. I believe that a large part of wellness is having healthy, meaningful relationships, not just with others, but with ourselves.
I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what’s really going on. I’m warm and easy to talk to, but I’m also not afraid to challenge you when I think it could help. My goal is to understand you as a whole person and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing while figuring out what comes next.
