I like working with clients that can prioritize therapy and meet weekly. It provides more effective results. I take many different forms of insurance including, but not limited to United Healthcare Optum, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Carelon. I find clients that utilize exercises and techniques in between sessions, yield best results. It’s rewarding to hear when people are feeling better, sleeping better, and having improved relationships which I find comes along more quickly when they make time for weekly therapy and practice in between sessions.
