About me

I really love being a therapist, and it’s so rewarding to support people on their journeys of self-discovery. In many ways, I get to give back the same kind of support that therapy gave me. Over time, I’ve come to see that things like anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or struggles in relationships and careers often show up when something’s off in the mind-body-spirit connection. I’ve been through my own path of growth and transformation, and along the way, I picked up some powerful tools that I truly believe can help you find more healing, love, peace, and purpose in your life. In my work, I lean into attachment theory and also explore the deeper, more spiritual aspects of what it means to be human.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and exploring what’s bringing you in. It’s a chance for you to share your story, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. My hope is that even from that first conversation, you’ll start feeling more connected to yourself and your goals. If you’ve got even a small part of you that believes you’re meant for more—more peace, more love, more fulfillment—then you’re already on the right path.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a trauma therapist, I’m really passionate about the growing research in psychology, especially how it’s helping to normalize therapy and deepen our understanding of how early trauma and attachment shape the way we think, feel, and behave. I find it so powerful that we now have the tools to connect the dots between what’s happened to us and how it shows up in our lives today—physically, emotionally, and in our relationships. One of my strengths is creating a safe, supportive space where we can explore those deeper layers together. Through therapy, we can begin to process and make sense of past experiences, regulate emotions, and move toward healing and integration. I truly believe that therapy can offer a corrective experience—something many of us didn’t get growing up—and it can be the key to breaking harmful generational patterns and building something healthier moving forward.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My style is warm and nonjudgmental, but I also keep it real. I’ll give you honest feedback that helps you connect more deeply with yourself and the people around you. I love working with all kinds of individuals and couples, and I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to make meaningful changes, even if it feels a little scary. If you’ve got even a small part of you that believes you deserve a life you love and want to grow into your full potential, we’ll probably work well together.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Instead of relying on a "one-size-fits-all" approach, I like to select the most effective, evidence-based tools from different modalities to address a client's specific needs. As an eclectic therapist, I draw from multiple schools of thought, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI), often blending them to provide comprehensive care for my clients.
