Hello and welcome,
My name is Mayra, and I am currently accepting new clients for therapy.
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, fluent in English and Spanish, with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, communication struggles, divorce, life transitions, stress, and grief. Together, we will identify patterns, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover strategies that promote healing, resilience, and emotional well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I deeply value each person’s unique story and tailor therapy to meet your specific needs, strengths, and goals.
Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming or intimidating, but you do not have to face it alone. Taking the first step is often the hardest, yet it can also be the start of meaningful transformation.
I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

I’m Alana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles. I work with young adults and women who are navigating major life transitions and feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we identify and clear the patterns that get in the way of you showing up as the most grounded, confident version of yourself.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Simmons University and my master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across a wide range of settings—including school-based mental health programs within LAUSD and SMMUSD, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, the Department of Children and Family Services, intensive outpatient and residential programs and most recently private practice. These experiences shaped a treatment approach that is thoughtful, flexible, and deeply attuned to the whole person.
I believe meaningful therapy goes beyond symptom management and focuses on understanding the root causes of distress. My style is warm yet direct, grounded, and collaborative. Clients often share that they feel relief early on—because they finally feel understood. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your strengths, build clarity and confidence, and feel more in control of your life again.
Rebecca McWhorter, LCSW # 87376 I have experience working with individuals across all age groups and within diverse multicultural settings. I begin by meeting clients where they are, whether they are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief. My practice is centered on compassionate, client-focused care. My journey began working with at-risk youth prior to college, which inspired me to continue outreach with individuals and groups facing significant challenges. This path ultimately led me to the field of Social Work. Through Telehealth, I have been able to expand my practice into new areas, taking on challenges that continue to drive my passion for this work.
Hi, I am Trisha Leamon, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I have had an interest in human behavior for as long as I can remember. I enjoy helping my clients source their strengths and achieving effective ways to navigate life’s challenges.
My professional experience has given me the opportunity to work with clients who are facing substance abuse, depression, anxiety, divorce, codependence, and grief. I especially enjoy working with clients who are navigating difficult transitions such as divorce, relationships, work, adding to their family, retirement, and the many other journeys of life.
My personal experience of my sons passing in 2008 was a large part of my desire to work in the counseling field. Through my own journey, I recognized how difficult past experiences can often play large roles in how we navigate life.
My goal with therapy is to offer my clients a caring, attuned therapist as we find new ways to solve problems, heal old wounds, and strengthen the way you live your life.
I embrace client focused/strength based theories, CBT, and love the works of Brene Brown.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 8 years. I have experience assisting clients from many different backgrounds from eating disorders to anxiety/depression to trauma. Through my education and my experience, I have been able to implement different therapeutic modalities that have assisted my clients on their treatment journeys.
If you're the kind of person who overthinks everything and feels things deeply — and finds yourself people pleasing, having a hard time telling others no, and worries about whether your important relationships are okay — I get it, and I'd love to help.
I'm Elizabeth, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with women who keep bumping into the same painful patterns: shrinking themselves, second-guessing their instincts, staying too long, leaving too fast, or feeling disconnected from who they actually are underneath it all. Usually those patterns trace back further than we think — to early relationships and family dynamics that taught us, long before we had words for it, how to survive and keep connections.
My approach blends depth-oriented, relational, and attachment-based work with EMDR, which I've found to be one of the most powerful tools for actually shifting what's stuck — not just talking about it, but helping your nervous system finally let go of what it's been holding onto. I'll also draw on CBT and DBT when they're useful, but EMDR is a big part of how I like to work these days, especially for anything that feels more stored in the body than the mind. If most of these words are new for you, that's okay, I'd be happy to explain what they are.
Therapy with me is warm, real, and collaborative. I'm not going to sit back neutrally and nod — I'll be present with you, ask good questions, and gently push when pushing is what's needed. My hope is that you leave our work together not just understanding your patterns, but actually feeling different in your body and your relationships.
I particularly love working with moms and young women who have just graduated college.
As a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that can make everyday life feel overwhelming. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while developing the tools to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized, I work with clients to help them understand the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to their struggles. Together, we identify practical strategies to manage symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and developing healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
I’m a California-licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience working with high-achieving adults, neurodivergent individuals, and BIPOC women who are doing a lot on the outside and quietly struggling on the inside. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, chronic illness, and the complicated weight of navigating life when your brain and body don’t always cooperate.
My approach is integrative and whole-person — meaning I don’t just treat symptoms, I work with the full picture of who you are. That includes your nervous system, your story, your cultural context, your relationships, and the survival strategies you built long before you ever walked into a therapy room. I draw from Person-Centered, Attachment, Psychodynamic, Existential-Humanistic, Multicultural, and Transpersonal frameworks, and I weave in somatic tools like breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body practices because healing doesn’t just happen in the mind.
I also bring lived experience to this work. I navigate my own ADHD, chronic illness, and the ongoing practice of regulating a nervous system that doesn’t always want to cooperate. I haven’t just studied these tools — I’ve needed them. That’s what I bring into the room with you.
I accept you as you are, where you are. Always.
Welcome! I'm Patricia Soto, a compassionate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist committed to guiding individuals towards mental well-being and empowerment though all seasons in life. Hey there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in California and Massachusetts. I earned my master’s degree from the University of New England, with a focus on Individuals, Families, and Groups, and I bring 13 years of experience working alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting people through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and experiences that have left them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change.
I particularly enjoy helping people find perspective through the voice of their pain. I believe that pain and discomfort, while often difficult, can also become powerful teachers when we are willing to slow down, listen, and understand what our experiences are trying to tell us. Therapy provides a space to explore those experiences without judgment while developing healthier ways to cope, communicate, and move forward.
In our work together, we will identify your concerns, explore the patterns and beliefs that may be affecting your well-being, and develop practical strategies that are tailored to your individual needs and goals. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered to become more intentional about the life you want to create.
I look forward to walking alongside you as you tend to your heart, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

Hi, I’m a former college educator that pursued a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology to be able to work with people in a more personal and direct way.
In addition to clinical work, I taught college

I understand people as coming from complex family, relational, economic and cultural backgrounds. I’m also aware of how media, images and messaging can affect our daily lives and experiences.

Starting therapy takes courage, and having a space where you feel safe and understood can make that process less overwhelming.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, with a particular focus on relationships and codependency, childhood trauma, attachment challenges, and experiences of loss and grief.
I would be honored to hear your story and be a part of your journey.
I believe that even in the middle of a crisis, there is a real opportunity for growth. My path began in the theater and the study of Method Acting. This discipline focuses on how internal experience drives outward behavior. I apply this "inside-out" perspective to help you align your internal reality with your external actions. My way of working has evolved over time. I attended top universities and training programs. I was mentored by experts in the origins of trauma, addictions, and relationship difficulties. This foundation allowed me to build a successful group practice in Orange County. During that time, I taught at UC Irvine, chaired the Professional Practice Committee of the Orange County Psychological Association, and sat on its Board of Directors. In the midst of this success, I experienced a personal crisis and divorce. This led me on my own journey of growth. I began an extensive study of Buddhism and meditation which now guides how I live. I spent seven years living in Asia, where I studied with monks and cared for villagers.
What I offer now is an integration of strong academic training and Eastern teachings. My decision to become a psychologist grew from a desire to relieve suffering and transform challenges into opportunities for growth. I combine empirical psychological methods with the cultivation of an "awakened heart"—a state of genuine presence and social connection. I work to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be

Over the past decade, I have dedicated my practice to supporting culturally diverse and underserved populations and/or those who may feel overlooked or misunderstood. I am a licensed clinician dedicated to helping individuals break free from stuck patterns, navigate complex trauma, and build stable, fulfilling lives. My practice focuses heavily on adult mental health, substance use recovery, and specialized behavioral tracks—specifically treating pornography addiction, intimacy challenges, and compulsive, sexualized coping loops. I recognize that deeply stigmatized or complex challenges often carry overwhelming shame, which is why my clinical space is entirely non-judgmental, collaborative, and objective.
By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with body-based Somatic Therapy, I help you heal both the mind and a dysregulated nervous system. Together, we look beyond baseline talk therapy to restore your personal autonomy, expand your distress tolerance, and create real, lasting behavioral integrity. You don't have to navigate these heavy stressors alone; I am here to work alongside you as a dedicated teammate.
Hello, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) currently practicing in California. I received my Masters Degree from the National University in Sacramento and have over 25 years experience working with every walk of life from young foster children, to at-risk adolescents, to adult inmate patients. My specialties include crisis intervention, moderate-to-high acuity, mood disorders, and other mental illnesses.
Reaching out for help can be a very vulnerable experience, but also a great attribute of strength and resilience. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma in their life. Whether it's from childhood neglect, sexual assault, natural disaster, sudden death or other life circumstances. Trauma often creates patterns and loops that extend into many areas of a person's life, and can be challenging and painful to navigate. Sometimes the way people survive their trauma brings them more pain, adds to the chaos, and reinforces negative beliefs that perpetuate the cycle. I work to empower clients to understand and alter unhealthy cycles to strengthen and better their lives.
I am fluent in ASL American Sign Language and have worked with Deaf clients leaving domestic violence in both a shelter and outpatient therapy services. I have spent 2 years in correctional settings working with severely mentally ill patients and supporting their family members navigating having children with mental illness. I have also spent 2 years working with foster youth and foster parents in providing support to their placements, promoting healing and preserving relationships.
Note that online scheduling is limited. Broader scheduling options will be available to regularly scheduling clients. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities for clients who are not well-established at the time that the request for such opinion is made.
Hello! I'm a Hmong-American therapist based in California with experience working with BIPOC and underserved communities of color. I also have experience working in Child Protective Services where I supported children and biological, foster, and adopted parents in the foster care system.
I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, or life transitions. My approach is empathetic and client centered. As needed, I also press and push for accountability to help clients work toward the change they desire.

Hello,
My name is Elizabeth, and my pronouns are they/them/elle. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have the most experience working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety disorders, self-confidence issues, and challenges around gender and sexuality.
I use a very humanistic approach in my practice, and I am human with you in the room. You do not need to feel talked down to or be told what to do in therapy. You and I can work together instead, as I may be the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of your own life. You will be encouraged to use your own strengths to push through the hurdles and you can expect warmth from me throughout this process.

Life can be overwhelming at times, and it takes courage to reach out for support. My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find balance, and create a more peaceful, fulfilling life.

I strive to provide a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe to explore your emotions and challenges without judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, or simply feeling lost, therapy can be a powerful path toward healing and clarity.
As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, I understand the importance of human connection and the many roles we juggle in life. My approach blends empathy, mindfulness, and cultural sensitivity with practical tools for emotional wellness.
My work is guided by the values of respect, kindness, love, family, service, and integrity — the same principles that shape who I am both personally and professionally.
If you’re ready to rediscover your confidence, calm, and purpose, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Please note: Sessions are scheduled on the hour (e.g., 3:00 PM), not on the half-hour (e.g., 3:30 PM). Thank you for your understanding as we improve our scheduling system.
My name means “Light,” and my goal is to help you rediscover yours. As a BIPOC therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive, holistic approach to healing. Together, we’ll shed light on your challenges and explore compassionate, practical solutions to help you move forward.
My work is rooted in the transformative power of mindfulness, spirituality, and self-awareness. I integrate psychoanalysis, faith-based counseling, and holistic healing to create a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate resilience.
I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and men’s issues. My approach blends psychotherapy with spiritual exploration and self-discovery — helping you realign with your purpose and inner peace.
I believe every person holds untapped potential and innate wisdom. My role is to hold a nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Through our work together, we’ll turn over the stones of your experience to reveal clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction.
I’ve personally walked through profound loss and transformation — including a near-death experience and the passing of my beloved mother to cancer. These experiences deepened my faith in the human spirit and in our collective ability to heal and shine again.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help you grow and remember who you truly are — a light meant to shine.
Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) currently based and practicing in Oregon, though with an active license in California as well. I attended California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) for graduate school and lived in the Bay Area for a decade before moving to Portland, OR shortly before the pandemic. I have over thirteen years of experience as a "generalist" therapist, though I specialize in supporting individuals in the midst of life transitions, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, moves to a new city or state, new or chronic medical diagnoses, career and work problems, spiritual questioning, transitions into the workforce or retirement. I do NOT work with couples at this time. While I consider the psychological theories behind my work, I hold them lightly in the room, believing most fundamentally in the importance of an adaptive, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental stance with my clients.
PLEASE NOTE: your chosen intake appointment time is subject to my final approval based on my shifting availability. I see clients on multiple platforms and am unable to sync all of my calendars in real time. Following the initial appointment, we will find a mutually agreeable meeting time and I will manage the booking on the Grow platform going forward, including rescheduling and cancellations. You will need to message me directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I request the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. I am not able to work with clients who cancel without 24 hrs advanced notice or no show more than twice.

Life can be a lot sometimes. Whether you're going through a big change, feeling stuck, or just need a space to vent—I’m here to listen, support, and help you sort through it all. I bring warmth, straightforwardness, and a sense of humor into the sessions. Healing can still be intentional without being heavy all of the time.
I have over 12 years of experience and a special focus on working with: People in the middle of big life transitions—new chapters/endings, Clients working through generational trauma, especially those wanting to break cycles and reclaim their voice, and BIPOC individuals navigating cultural dynamics, and the weight of systemic stress.
