New to Grow
I am a trauma-informed clinician who specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and families through healing, growth, and stronger connection. My work is rooted in culturally sensitive, attachment-based, and mindfulness-informed approaches, with a focus on helping clients navigate trauma, relationship challenges, identity, and emotional regulation in a safe and supportive space. I also work closely with high performers and high achievers who are managing stress, burnout, and the pressure to excel while trying to maintain balance and meaningful relationships. My goal is to create a space where all clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to build healthier patterns and more fulfilling lives.
In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. I’m here to listen, get to know you, and understand what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing at your own pace, and begin identifying what support might feel most helpful for you. My role is to be a steady sounding board and collaborator, so you feel heard, supported, and more at ease as we begin working together.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my ability to create a genuine, grounded connection while also helping clients gently explore the deeper, sometimes uncomfortable patterns that may be holding them back. I support clients in gaining insight that leads to real change and personal growth, always at a pace that feels safe and respectful. My work is culturally responsive and informed by an understanding of diverse life experiences, identities, and family dynamics, allowing each client to feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that reflects who they are.
I am best positioned to serve individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds who are seeking support with emotional well-being, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, and personal growth. I work with clients of all genders and identities, and I take a culturally sensitive approach that honors diverse family dynamics, life experiences, and values. I also support high performers and high achievers who may be navigating stress, burnout, perfectionism, or the pressure to maintain success while trying to stay grounded and connected in their relationships and personal lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a supportive and empowering space where clients can better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we explore patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, trauma responses, or relationship challenges, while building healthier coping skills and practical tools for everyday life. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their ability to create meaningful and lasting change.
Couples Counseling
In couples counseling, I provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we work to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict in healthier ways, and deepen emotional connection. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping couples develop practical tools that foster growth, healing, and stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
Attachment-based
n my practice, I use an attachment-based approach to help clients better understand how past relationships and life experiences may be impacting their current emotions, behaviors, and connections with others. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore patterns around trust, communication, boundaries, and emotional security while building healthier and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to help clients feel more connected, confident, and secure within themselves and in their relationships with others.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
In my practice, I use a culturally sensitive approach to honor each client’s unique identity, lived experience, and background. I create a safe and respectful space where culture, identity, and life experiences are understood as central to healing and growth, not separate from it. Together, we explore challenges in a way that affirms who you are while building tools that support emotional well-being, resilience, and empowerment.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
In my practice, I use mindfulness-based therapy to help clients slow down, become more present, and build a deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and body responses without judgment. Together, we practice simple but powerful tools that support grounding, emotional regulation, and stress reduction in everyday life. My goal is to help clients feel more centered, balanced, and equipped to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and calm.
