Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received both my Masters and Bachelors in social work from California State University, Fresno. I have been practicing for 6 years. I have worked with all demographics of clients, such as: adults (all ages), children (ages 5-18), veterans, foster youth, and juveniles. I am open and willing to meet with most clients - please don't hesitate to reach out for any questions.
You've been holding it together for so long. It's time to let someone else help carry the load.
Mood struggles don't just affect how you feel. They shape your work, your relationships, and how you show up for the people you love. You're doing your best to manage, without anyone showing you how.
You deserve relief. And the confidence to handle the hard days when they come.
Whether you're living with depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder, or you're watching someone you love struggle, you've come to the right place.
I'm Amanda--a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual work with adults, parents, and caregivers. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people as they moved from survival mode to a life that actually feels like their own. I hold a Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and I bring both the clinical depth of that training and the wisdom of real-world practice to every session.
My approach is collaborative and personalized — because you're not a diagnosis or a checklist, and therapy shouldn't feel like one. I'm a creative thinker by nature, and I use that to bring fresh perspectives to our work together, while also providing the structure and direction that meaningful progress requires. In our early sessions, we'll take time to understand what's really going on and build a clear, intentional plan that fits your life. Most of my clients notice a real, positive shift within the first month.
A steady, meaningful life isn't something other people get to have. It belongs to you, too. If you're ready to stop managing and start actually living, I'd love to connect.
Each of us has our own story and sometimes our experiences leaves us feeling confused, frightened, sad, and often tremendously isolated. I believe therapy can unravel harmful repetitive thought processes and behaviors. Your painful experiences do not have to define you.
My approach to therapy always starts with listening to my client's needs. My methods evolve through constant customization and mutual collaboration. Therapy with me will include exploring aspects of life that are not working well and constructing solutions.

Hi there, I'm Qiana Marie. I am here to assist you in becoming your most capable, confident, skillful self. The therapy process often involves healing, addressing unresolved issues and learning new skills that will help you navigate through life's uncertainties and challenges. My focus is to help you meet your life and treatment goals.
I have had the privilege of working with diverse communities and am conscious of the need for compassionate care and the importance of valuing experiences of all groups in order to truly connect. I provide counseling and resources that focus on collaborative care to support each person's distinctive needs, experiences, and strengths. I have vast experience working with clients through the process of multiple types of relationship issues, phases of life changes, depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep problems, chronic medical conditions, pain, family matters, bereavement/grief/loss. I am empathetic, compassionate, personable and practice a judge free, culturally informed framework that is eclectic, gentle, nurturing and honest.
Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

As a dedicated and empathetic mental health professional with over 7 years of experience, I am deeply committed to helping adolescents and young adults navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. Hi! I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC) based in Berkeley CA and serving clients statewide via Telehealth. I have over 20 years of experience working and volunteering in community mental health, and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since January 2018. I received my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2019, and my BA in Psychology from Reed College in 2010. I have been licensed since February 2023.
I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist and work relationally and holistically. I believe all facets of life are (naturally) interrelated--relational, emotional, physical/physiological, cognitive, cultural, societal/political, spiritual, existential... I incorporate orientations, frameworks and insights from across the field: attachment-based (psychodynamic), somatic (Polyvagal, Somatic Experiencing, neuroscience), humanistic, mindfulness, gestalt, self-psychology, ACT, DBT, CBT, systems, existential, holistic/spiritual perspectives and wisdom like Buddhism, narrative, human needs perspectives like self-determination theory, communication frameworks like NVC and insights from the Gottmans, and paradigms and perspectives on social justice like feminism, analysis of power and privilege, intersectionality, intergenerational and societal trauma, psychological/emotional/verbal abuse, narcissism/scapegoating/othering etc.
I am guided by a trauma-informed approach that aims to foster empowering client-centered, collaborative, transparent and intersubjective relational conditions that I believe support people’s natural ability to experience safety, connection, and authentic actualization. My work is informed by a lifetime of deep inquiry into human needs and the complex ways familial, social, cultural, economic and biological contexts inform how they may be nurtured, supported, neglected or actively or insidiously contravened. I believe that human attachments and early life experiences, as well as structural power dynamics in social/societal systems, are typically foundationally informative to the bridge or gap between trauma/suffering and thriving in safety and connection. I think humanness and understanding of / respect for these facts, alone, can be a healing provision of therapy relationship.

I also exercise cultural humility with all of my clients and enjoy working with clients who may have been stigmatized including LGBTQ+ and all different racial/ethnic backgrounds. I enjoy working with all different faith/spiritual backgrounds. I can't wait to start our work together and look forward to helping you begin your therapeutic journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from California State University Los Angeles. I have been working in mental health for over 40 years, and as a licensed professional for 16 years. My area of expertise is mental health and supporting clients to be able to adjust and cope better with a myriad of life stressors.
Over the past 16 years, I've worked across clinical and educational settings. My approach is integrative, drawing primarily on psychodynamic and somatic modalities and informed by current neuroscience research on emotion, memory, and attachment. I tailor my approach to what each client needs. I trust in people's innate capacity to heal, and I help clients explore their lives with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional challenges that feel hard to understand or manage alone. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally.
My approach combines practical tools with deeper emotional work. I draw from AEDP, CBT, DBT, and somatic techniques to help clients not only cope with symptoms, but also understand themselves on a deeper level and create meaningful, lasting change.
I aim to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your daily life and relationships.

Hello and Seja bem-vindo! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I grew up in Brazil and moved to California to pursue my career as a therapist. I truly believe that due to life challenges, stressful jobs, career and busy lifestyle, it's very easy to dismiss our inner voice. That is the voice that wants to be heard, tell us about our emotions and hurdles. Allowing your inner voice to be heard will empower you to embrace the beautiful journey of self discovery.
In the field since 1994, licensed since 2001, I spent the first 10 years working with seniors, even leading a bereavement group where we had a relationship and marriage bloom between two of the participants. Since then, I've worked with adults of all ages, many of whom are at a crossroads in some area of their life. My style is eclectic, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people learn the skills that can help them function better on a day to day basis as they deal with the impact of life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and communication issues.
Good day to you, my name is Mario Palacios

¡Hola!

Whether you’re working to improve a relationship, make a difficult decision, break unhealthy patterns, or face a personal challenge, you deserve support — and change is possible. I help clients identify patterns in their struggles and successes, so they can understand themselves more fully and move forward with greater clarity and strength.
My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, and strength-based practices. Together, we’ll focus on building self-compassion while working through the areas that feel stuck or painful.
In session, I am an active and engaged therapist. I bring warmth and compassion, and I’m also direct when needed — offering honest feedback in the spirit of growth and support. We will co-create a space where you feel safe, respected, and free of judgment — a space to explore, reflect, and begin to ease emotional pain.
In addition to English, I speak and write fluently in Farsi. I work exclusively with individual adults.
I’m a bilingual therapist who provides a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. Hello! I appreciate your curiosity and willingness to explore yourself and your goals. I'm Alison Camhi, a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working with individuals, couples, families and groups for over 20 years to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance and process addictions, dual diagnoses, co-dependence, mood disorders, grief, communication and the various challenges we walk through each day. My most important goal is to help my Clients transform positive AND difficult experiences into a strategy for forward movement and progress built upon your insights, along with practical tools for consistent momentum.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in self-exploration, personal growth, and intentional change. Recognizing that each individual presents with a unique constellation of strengths and challenges, I utilize an integrative framework that draws upon a range of evidence-based practices. This allows me to develop a tailored therapeutic approach aligned with each client’s specific needs and treatment goals.

I continually advance my training in trauma-informed care and empirically supported therapeutic modalities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethically grounded clinical care.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. At times, I may utilize humor to highlight a concern, at other times I may be more directive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy while incorporating natural and holistic styles in treatment. I also believe in matching the treatment style to the person and not the person to the treatment style.
It takes courage to take steps towards change. I am here to listen and offer my support and guidance every step of the way.
Life is difficult. We all faces challenges that impact our emotions, goals and needs. I focus on these challenges as a stepping stone to self awareness and growth by helping my clients understand emotions as pathway to growth and change. Even the most "educated and successful" of us need to step back and take a look at our lives and see stumbling blocks as an opportunity rather than a reason to give up!
