Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) (LCPC) (LPC) (LMHC) licensed in various states. I received my Masters from Avila University in Kansas City and have been practicing for over a decade. I have helped women struggling with life problems and aid them in regaining control over worry, panic, fear, or dread in order to become the best version of themselves.
I am a licensed clinical therapist working to help people overcome emotional issues, fears, and challenges in their lives. My aim is to help you achieve your goals and transform into the best version of yourself. My work involves assisting people in reducing their anxiety, alleviating depression and finding a higher purpose in one’s life to attain greater states of peace and fulfillment. I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for over 10 years and am committed to helping people transform their lives for the better.
“Everyone’s childhood plays itself out.” Our first understanding of ourselves comes from the first people we know. Psychologically known as our sense of Self or Agency, the other relationships we participate in tend to reflect those aspects of ourselves previously learned.
I specialize in successfully treating the presenting symptoms of childhood trauma as well as those who suffer from often self-limiting thoughts regarding substance abuse, social and intrapersonal anxieties, clinical, situational and abandonment depression. I would also include the often self-sabotaging and socially unacceptable unresolved rage.
Licensed in the states of California and Arizona as a Marriage & Family Therapist, I am privileged to work with a variety of high profile, highly intelligent and uniquely talented people, who, due to a lifetime of psychological, spiritual and philosophical pain are often the last to be aware of their authenticity as their true value. As a PsyD candidate (Doctorate in Psychology) whose clinical work integrates evidence‑based practice with a warm, relational approach. Building on my experience as a licensed master’s‑level clinician, I am advancing my doctoral training in applied psychology while continuing to provide high‑quality care to diverse client populations.
I am a mental health counselor licensed in Arizona, Florida, New Hampshire and Georgia with over 14 years of experience working with individuals and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addiction, gender identity issues and grief/loss. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I am trained as an a veteran suicide specialist and I am a certified trauma therapist. My counseling style is warm, caring and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and rational-emotive counseling. It takes courage to seek out help for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. Hello. My name is John Paul and I have been a therapist for approximately eight years. I am a Latino male and I grew up in Los Angeles County. I believe in the power of therapy. I was once sad, angry and resentful as a young man and therapy was for me, a life chaning experience. I enjoy helping others in their journies to living happier and healthier lives.
Hi, I'm Eric and I'm looking forward to meeting you! I graduated from Regent University in Virginia Beach with an M.A. in Clinical Counseling in 2015. My counseling philosophy is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach that meets individuals where they are in their personal journey. I Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy and solution-focused strategies. This enables clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and ultimately discover their inner resilience. By guiding individuals toward holistic well-being, I empower clients to navigate life’s difficulties with confidence and strength, promoting lasting positive change in their life.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in practice for over 20 years. Before becoming a therapist I was an executive in Tech, and have experience in Corporate America as well as being a mental health professional. I know how hard it can be to balance a career with family life and still have time for yourself. I have specialized experience in trauma, abuse, and anxiety and and am also a hypnotherapist. I specialize in rapid results giving you tools to change your situation quickly in an emotionally painless way.
Embarking on a journey of self-improvement can be daunting. I am dedicated to employing a range of tools and techniques to assist you in overcoming life's obstacles, developing new skills, and enhancing your self-confidence. Being a therapist is both a profound responsibility and a privilege. The role demands a deep sense of empathy, patience, and an unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. Therapists must navigate the intricate landscapes of human emotion and behavior, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I employ a range of techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual's unique needs, constantly adapting and learning. Beyond the technical skills, the essence of therapy lies in the genuine connection and trust that forms between therapist and client, fostering a journey toward healing and personal growth.
Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
I am a seasoned, supportive, and well experienced licensed mental health therapist, having worked in private practice for many years in AZ. I am an expert listener, and enjoy working with adults 18-older ages who are experiencing difficult symptoms associated with past or present life challenges that require intervention and processing in ways that may restore a greater life balance and well being.

Hi, I am a Licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I earned my master's in professional counseling through Grand Canyon University and have been practicing for the past 4 years. I help adolescents and adults overcome struggles of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma that hold people back from being the most empowered version of themselves. I work with multiple therapeutic interventions to help my clients reach their counseling goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services to clients in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, and Oregon. I hold a master's degree in counseling with a specialization in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation, and I work with individuals navigating trauma, compulsive and problematic sexual behaviors, relationship concerns, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA2+ individuals and couples.
My advanced clinical training includes certification as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Relational Addiction and Complex Trauma Specialist (RACS), and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOPT). My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including The Meadows Model, Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Treatment is individualized to meet each client's unique experiences, goals, and strengths.
Effective therapy begins with understanding the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms. While addressing immediate concerns is important, lasting change often requires exploring the underlying experiences, beliefs, attachment patterns, and coping strategies that contribute to present-day struggles. By identifying and addressing these root causes, therapy can reduce current distress while building greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier patterns for the future. My goal is to help clients not only find relief from today's challenges but also develop the insight and skills needed to navigate future obstacles with confidence and lasting growth.
As a person-centered therapist, I provide a safe and supportive environment to help clients explore their concerns. My approach is direct yet compassionate, utilizing creative, reflective, and engaging therapy modalities. I encourage the development of body awareness to examine the mind-body connection. Additionally, I incorporate a holistic view of spirituality, recognizing its importance in overall well-being and integrating it into the therapeutic process.

Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.

I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.
