**Who I Am**
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about where they are while also feeling supported enough to move toward where they want to be. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem challenges, and emotional overwhelm. While I often work with individuals, my training as an LMFT means I naturally view people through a relational lens, recognizing how family experiences, important relationships, and life circumstances shape who we are and how we cope.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop realistic strategies that fit your life. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions when appropriate.
I don't believe therapy is about having all the answers or telling you what to do. Instead, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, recognize unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to become the version of yourself you want to be, you don't have to do it alone.
My hope is that every client leaves therapy feeling more confident, more resilient, and better equipped to face life's challenges with practical tools and a deeper understanding of themselves.
Do you have struggles conveying your emotions effectively? Hello, my name is Jasmine Broadnax, LCSW. Throughout my career, I have assisted individuals of various age groups and families who have encountered difficulty related to Neurodivergent complexities, trauma, Obsessive Compulsion Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and more. Allow me to offer you support and empower you with techniques to break old pattern and develop new healthy skills.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. This is a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, we'll work together at your pace to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward the life you want. I work with adults who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to look honestly at what's not working in their lives. Most of the people I see are juggling demanding careers, family responsibilities, or both, and have been pushing through anxiety, low mood, or chronic overwhelm for longer than they'd like to admit.
The work I'm most drawn to: anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, women's issues, and the patterns that keep us stuck.
Are you seeking a safe space to release your challenges? Have you ever felt stuck and uncertain of the next steps and the outcome? I am committed to holding that space for you to help you take your next steps. Navigating life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. Mental illness is a medical condition, just like any physical ailment, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Furthermore, hiding your struggles can prevent you from accessing necessary support. Let me help you with your path to recovery using your strengths to become a better version of yourself.
Welcome! I'm Amanda. I'm here to help you tackle the issues that drag you down; the concerns that keep you up at night; the fears that are holding you back. If you feel unfocused, uncertain, unmotivated, or misunderstood, you've come to the right place! I'm proud of you for taking the first big step toward self-improvement.
I would love to schedule a session to learn about your unique challenges and your goals for therapy.

Together, we can come up with a treatment plan that will guide us together to help you approach situations you are dealing with in a different way.
Something brought you here – and it’s worth paying attention to. I’m Julie, a clinical therapist with over 30 years in the mental health field, specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and mood instability. I started as a case manager three decades ago, then went back for my masters in social work to deepen my capacity to help. My approach is humanistic and holistic – I treat mental health the same way I treat physical health, because all health is brain -based. I’m also a trained visual artist, and I integrate expressive arts and guided imagery into the work when it fits. My main expertise is working with individuals who have experienced trauma or abuse, but I also have experience treating depression, anxiety, and a variety of other mental health conditions. The goal is to learn new survival skills, and to thrive in this beautiful, but also very challenging world that we live in. For those wishing to go deeper, I enjoy working with clients who are faith based or spiritually seeking, and I find that much of what we teach in therapy is parallel to Faith based teachings. This creates a natural fit for many who find comfort in this kind of orientation.

Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.
