Grief Therapy
All humans go through grief even though everyone responds differently. Grieving is normal but does not follow a predicated path. I provide a safe space to talk, discuss coping methods and how to navigate life after loss.
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
Treatment is focused on finding solutions and not dwelling in the past. You are the expert in your life. We will work as a team to identify strengths and resources and build a plan that is solution-focused.
