With over 15 years of experience in mental health care—including my time at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital—I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session. I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other mental health challenges by helping them identify and transform unhelpful thought patterns. My work at UCLA enriched my clinical expertise, particularly in managing complex cases and building strong, therapeutic connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where each client feels heard, supported, and empowered in their journey toward emotional well-being. I utilized Talk Therapy and Medication Management, always tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies for emotional regulation, stronger coping skills, and lasting personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing feels possible — and progress feels real.
In your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and confidential environment where we’ll focus on understanding your unique needs and experiences. I’ll listen carefully to your concerns, and together we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing. We’ll also discuss your goals and develop a personalized plan of care that aligns with your individual needs. This session is all about creating a comfortable space for you to feel heard and supported, setting the foundation for meaningful progress. My goal is to help you feel empowered and confident as we move forward in your journey toward healing

Britanny Wilson was a good psychiatrist for the first meeting, but following after that she had begun becoming very unresponsive, vague with medication information and rescheduling appointments 30 minutes before appointment was due, when issues are urgent. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A COMMUNICATIVE AND HELPFUL PSYCHIATRIST FOR YOUR MENTAL NEEDS STAY AWAY DO NOT GO THROUGH THE ROLLERCOASTER LIKE ME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ‼️‼️‼️

Off of our first interaction, Britanny is so sweet and kind. She knows what she is talking about and wasn’t trying to push any medication on me that she felt was unnecessary.
