My goal as a therapist is to assist you with overcoming challenges by providing a safe space to process your experiences, emotions, thoughts as well as your accomplishments. In addition to a safe space, feeling understood, respected, and genuinely cared for is necessary. I aim to create an empathetic, non-judgmental environment. I firmly believe that you are the expert on yourself and your experiences, and my goal is to meet you where you are on your journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Empathy has no script. There is no right or wrong way to do it. It’s simply listening, holding space, withholding judgment, emotionally connecting, and communicating that incredibly healing message that says “You’re Not Alone. To better explain, individuals can expect me to be present, supportive and willing to explore those fearful moments whether it be our first or last session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my greatest strengths are being present, empathetic and genuine.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

In my experience as a therapist, I have provided care for youth, adults and the elderly. I have and continue to work with diverse populations. In addition, I also work with individuals who are re-entering into society. In addition, my primary focuses are Depression, Anxiety and Trauma including PTSD and C-PTSD.
