I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with additional training in Internal Family Systems, Grief and Loss and Eating Disorder. I use a systemic model of treatment designed to meet a client’s specific goals to improve his or her quality of life by fostering change using internal and external resources. I provide therapy for most mental health related problems including depression and anxiety, grief and loss, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, addictions, family and relationship, divorce, anger management, OCD, parenting, blended family, child and adolescent issues, PTSD, trauma and abuse. My hours are flexible and include evenings and weekends. My therapeutic style is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental guidance with the goal of improving each person’s quality of life.
In the first session I learn about how I can help you and let you know how I work. We establish your goals and I learn about your life and the people in it.
I bring to the therapeutic process a caring goal directed emphasis and I have a positive outlook on each persons ability to change to meet their goals.
I work virtually offering services to adults, children, adolescents, individually, in couples or as a family
