Hi, I’m Aaron Sahle, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward better mental health and overall well-being. I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and addiction. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to understanding each person’s unique experiences and needs. With a diverse clinical background that includes emergency and trauma medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and managed care, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the care I provide. This allows me to address not only mental health concerns but also the physical, emotional, and social factors that impact a person’s quality of life. I work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, always centered on the client’s goals and values. Whether you are seeking support for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, restoring balance, and achieving lasting wellness.
In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they can speak openly and feel heard without judgment. We’ll go over your medical and mental health history, current symptoms, and any concerns or goals you have for treatment. I’ll take time to get to know you and begin developing a personalized care plan that fits your needs, which may include therapy, medication management, or both. Most importantly, the first session is about building a strong foundation of trust and collaboration as we begin your journey toward healing.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with clients by creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. I bring a well-rounded clinical background that allows me to approach mental health care holistically—considering both psychological and physical aspects of wellness. I’m also highly adaptable, tailoring treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. My strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development ensures that I provide the highest quality of care.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders. I work well with individuals who are motivated to understand the root of their symptoms and are open to a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. My diverse clinical background allows me to support adolescents, adults, and older adults, especially those with complex medical or psychosocial needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in their journey toward mental wellness.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice, I frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured and evidence-based approach to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors. I have found CBT to be particularly effective for treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. During sessions, I guide clients through exploring the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, while teaching them practical coping skills such as cognitive restructuring, thought-stopping, and behavioral activation. I often integrate homework assignments and goal-setting to reinforce progress and promote long-term change.

Mr. Aaron is very knowledgeable about the field that he practices in. He made me feel like I was talking to one of my friends, which made it easy for me to open up and be honest about my feelings and situations. He listens to everything that you have to say without any interruptions before speaking. He explains his plan for treatment and why he chose that plan. He also walks you through making the necessary appointments if any others are needed!

He made me feel safe in a way I haven’t felt in years. He listened with real warmth and patience, and he explained things about my struggles in a gentle way that made everything finally make sense. I felt understood instead of judged. I left feeling lighter, seen, and honestly hopeful.
