As a compassionate provider, I am the sounding board that silently guides and walks with you. Providing quality care through initial assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy is my passion.

First session
In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will make it possible for us to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. You can expect to discuss your personal history (both medical and psychiatric), family history, goals and any concerns or fears. You can expect complete attention and a non threatening environment.
Strengths
As a board certified provider. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults with diverse diagnoses including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and OCD. I take the time to do an initial evaluation in which your diagnosis can be validated or corrected, and do regular follow ups to ensure that the plan we implement is executed and adjusted as necessary.

I enjoy working with people who are eager to improve their circumstances. I enjoy helping over looked populations that seldom have the access to care that they deserve.
