I am very person-centered in my approach, meaning I want to get to know you, as I believe that mental health is often impacted greatly by your perception of life and your experiences. So, our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other, while also setting clear goals to work towards.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a goal-oriented therapy where we will identify and challenge negative thought patterns and resulting behaviors, to change outcomes and improve your overall mood.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model that helps individuals identify and support the varied aspects on the self. In IFS, clients begin to understand and relate to these various internal parts with compassion, to foster self-awareness, healing, and clarity.
Couples Counseling
In Couples Counseling, we will cultivate emotional awareness, apply principles from the research of the Gottman Institute and improve communication that will lead to better conflict resolution, increase intimacy, higher trust and improved relationship satisfaction.
