Hello, I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I provide counseling services for couples and individuals. I have a solid foundation in helping clients work with their relationships, of all types. I offer practical tools and feedback to help you communicate more effectively in a way that you can feel heard. My style is Emotionally Focused as well as Solution Focused, so we will discover together the deeper issues that drive your reoccurring conflicts, as well your strengths, so you can truly move past resentments and blocks once and for all. Our first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. My style is friendly, collaborative, and down to earth I’ll ask a few questions, nothing intense, just things that help me understand what’s bringing you in. We will talk about what’s been feeling hard, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll go at your pace We’ll talk about what you want out of therapy We’ll end with a sense of direction and a shared understanding of what feels most important to focus on next.
