LCSW, 15 years of experience
New to Grow
Hi, I’m Natali, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. With over 14 years in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging—and transformative—moments. I believe that healing starts with showing up as your real, unfiltered self. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you; it’s about helping you rediscover the power you already have. Let’s work together—with vulnerability, courage, and maybe even a little laughter.
The purpose of our first session is to begin building a connection where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I know that stepping into therapy during a time of uncertainty, grief, or transition can feel overwhelming, and that’s completely okay. It’s natural to feel a bit apprehensive, but I want you to know that this is a space where you can go at your own pace—there’s no pressure to share anything until you’re ready. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you here—whether you're feeling stuck, dealing with loss, or navigating a life change. We’ll gently explore what you’re going through, what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and how I can support you in this season of your life. The goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, and we can start to map out a path that feels right for you. Building trust and rapport is at the heart of our work together, so feel free to share your thoughts, ask questions, and let me know what feels most helpful for you. We’ll move at the pace that feels most comfortable for you, allowing space for healing and progress when you’re ready. Above all, my priority is to create a compassionate, safe space where you can begin to heal, find balance, and find clarity as you navigate the path ahead.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and empathetic. I’m someone who listens closely, speaks honestly, and always aims to be supportive. I strive to create a space where people feel genuinely heard and understood, while offering direct, compassionate feedback that respects each person’s unique experience. I take a collaborative approach to goal-setting, working closely with clients to identify what truly matters to them—not just in the short term, but in the bigger picture of their lives. Together, we explore what meaningful change looks like, and we set goals that feel both achievable and aligned with their values. I also recognize that goals aren’t static—life shifts, new insights emerge, and priorities change. Part of our work involves regularly checking in, adjusting, and making space for those changes with flexibility and compassion. As we move through the process, I help clients break their goals down into manageable steps, offering encouragement, accountability, and tools to support their progress. Whether it’s building healthier boundaries, navigating a tough transition, or reconnecting with a sense of purpose, I aim to help clients not only reach their goals but grow in confidence and self-awareness along the way.
I support individuals who are navigating significant life transitions—whether it’s stepping into a new role at work, becoming a parent for the first time, exploring the end of a relationship, managing a chronic illness, or moving through other major changes. My clients are often seeking compassionate, grounded support as they navigate uncertainty and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Transitions often bring a mix of emotions—grief, anxiety, excitement, or confusion—and can surface deep questions about identity, purpose, and connection. I recognize how important it is to be seen and heard in those moments, especially when navigating complex relationship dynamics, health issues, trauma, or cultural pressures. My approach is holistic and culturally sensitive, honoring the whole person in the context of their unique experiences, values, and identities. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as 3 to teens, adults, and older adults. I currently serve adults and individuals. My experience includes supporting individuals living with chronic illness, trauma, infertility, codependency, an array of mental health disorders, and those who have served in the military. I am also an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and strive to create a safe, inclusive space for all clients. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, so I can better support people as they transition into parenthood.
