At times, I may incorporate brief tools or questionnaires to help us better understand patterns, strengths, and areas where support may be most helpful. We will work collaboratively to identify goals, build on your strengths, and create a personalized plan for our work together. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.

I often incorporate motivational interviewing techniques to help clients increase self-awareness, explore patterns, and build confidence in making meaningful changes aligned with their goals and values. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, capable, and supported as they navigate challenges and work toward lasting growth.
