I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California with more than a decade of experience serving clients with variety of issues. My approach is eclectic as one jacket does not fits all, the therapy is individually tailored to facilitate the change process. I am passionate to offer client-centered non-directive therapy as we understand that we all are blessed to have unique strength and talents. I speak Hindi & Urdu fluently and seasoned in providing culturally sensitive therapy. Please do not hesitate to reach as I would be blessed to be part of unique and healing journey without any judgment. I am trained in most of the therapeutic modalities including EMDR, ERPT, CBT, MI, PST, PEARLS, etc.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Getting to know each other and creating an aura of a de-militarized zone is my top priority. The sessions are very confidential and you have the right to walk the way you want without being judged. Being an empathetic listener, I would like to understand the issues that we should be focusing on during the therapy process so that we can continue to work together towards achieving the goal leaving you with positive experience and deeper insight.

Humility and humor is the key in my therapeutic approach as I believe that you have the power and potential for change. Having solid empathy, compassionate approach and a passion to heal and be there as a catalyst for positive change. I am blessed to have numerous success stories. I am multi-cultural and tri-lingual, fluent in Hindi and Urdu languages.
