Flor Martinez

LMFT, 15 years of experience

About me

Hello, I am Flor Martinez and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has worked with individuals, children, teens and families for approximately 16 years. As an affirming therapist, I have knowledge of working with LGBTQ+ community and I am bilingual and can work with Spanish-speaking clients too! I pride myself in providing a safe, non-judgmental, non-biased environment in which I guide my clients through difficulties they are experiencing in their lives, assist them in meeting their personal therapeutic goals that often times entail improvement in their relationships and enhancing their overall mental well-being. While I would definitely describe myself as an empathic and supportive therapist, I also have the ability to give my clients healthy challenges to match their therapy goals. I believe one of the biggest strengths I also possess is my ability to connect well with others which allows my clients to feel at ease usually on their first visit with me!
