We cannot escape pain & suffering, as they are part of the human condition; however, we can help alleviate their burden! Much has been written about human suffering, and our collective quest to help one another. If you’re not sure what troubles you, schedule a psychiatric assessment and we will discuss your case. Treating adults ONLY ages 18-99 years old! I’ve come to love challenging or difficult-to-treat cases, whether treatment-resistant depression; bipolar/mood disorders; schizoaffective disorder/schizophrenia; anxiety disorders; addictions; insomnia; autism/developmental disorders; ADHD/ADD; eating disorders… This is YOUR life; you are in the driver's seat; I will be your co-pilot, your guide, your listening ear... depending on YOUR needs. How can I help?
We will review all the paperwork submitted, particularly Health History and past medications you might have taken in past; we will discussed your goals, primary concerns, as well as your preferences and your own expectations. Some cases are complex and it may be necessary to schedule a second visit to cover all areas in need of treatment--your care will be individualize to fit your needs, as no two cases are the same! If you have questions, I encourage you to write them down so we may go over them during session; however, you can always message me via GT portal or proton mail. Prescriptions will be sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice, if needed and/or discussed.
I am open-minded, flexible; integrate both physical, mental and environmental factors when considering treatments and alternatives. Experienced in care of vulnerable populations; Trauma-informed care. Have found that humor can be a therapeutic tool; I try not to take myself too seriously. Evaluation = $250; follow up = $125 for cash paying patients. Sliding scale for special circumstances--let us know.

The best approach must be based on patient's needs, preferences and presenting problem; we must consider the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Treatment must, therefore be individualized.

She has done what no other Doctor has done, i have always seemed to find a answer to my issues with her, she has a way of making me feel safe and calm when we have our sessions, i was on alot of meds before seeing her and she has helped me come off some of my meds which has drastically helped me. She makes me feel normal and safe when alot of doctors havent and she has listened to my concerns about my diagnosis's. I have been more stable since seeing her than i have been in the past.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Popoca-Logue. She is compassionate, patient, and truly listens. She took the time to understand my medical history, my anxiety, and my current needs, and I felt genuinely supported and cared for. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and her approach feels thoughtful and collaborative. After everything I’ve been through, it was incredibly reassuring to feel heard and understood. I highly recommend her.
