I believe in the power of choice! I utilize Telehealth offering video and phone sessions tailoring my holistic approach to address clients’ emotional, cognitive, relational, and spiritual challenges by incorporating useful strategies encouraging resolution. I offer useful strategies that encourage problem resolution. It is my pleasure to assist clients on their journey to wellness, encouraging and supporting them becoming more positive, successful, and happy people.
My initial goal with every new client is to build rapport, develop trust, and show my openness to walk alongside them on their journey. My clinical approach begins in our first sessions as I get to know each client’s history, experiences, issues, expectations, and goals.
I believe that my strength as a clinician is I am empathetic and a good listener, who collaborates with and educates my clients. I incorporate various theoretical orientation’s strategies and philosophies which helps us become aware of ourselves in our world.
I enjoy creating a solid therapeutic relationship with clients who are ready to enhance their lives. Together we build a respectful therapeutic relationship focusing on building a positive sense of self-worth, embracing more effective parenting strategies, creating respectful relationships, navigating through grief & loss, tackling educational & motivational concerns, and exploring a variety of personal issues.
