My experience, practice, and training have shown me that our ways of thinking and feeling are due to years of self-authored truths. Our perceptions, interpretations, and beliefs about who we are and what everything means keep us trapped. Together, we will chip away at how to re-author yourself in a non-judgmental setting. I currently offer online services. We work at a pace that is tailored to you and your goals, to discover your best self, and what you can become. I invite you to contact me anytime for a free 20-30 minute phone consultation to discuss your issue and see if this is a fit. I offer a Super Bill for clients at the end of each month for billing. There is another way, and a way out - let's find it.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

That all depends on the client, I don't predetermine what takes place in sessions. One size does not fit all. I am not a teacher coming to class with a lesson plan.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

The fact that I can listen well to a client's situation and life patterns, and offer eclectic interventions detective style through open-ended questions to reveal what's under the issue.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I do not have a preference in terms of age, gender, presenting issue, as my philosophy is that those are covers we use to label ourselves, and our issues are more alike than different. They all come from a common source that applies to everyone, and no one treatment plan matches all people.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use it as a philosophy to understand that we are in 'parts' of self, so that depression etc, is a part of us, not our overall experience.

Attachment-based

Understanding what wounds influence how we relate to others and bonding, intimacy is explored.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Understanding underlying issues of most afflictions (anxiety, etc) leads us to primary emotions, such as fear, sadness etc. that influence and inform how we form secondary emotions (pride, jealousy, mistrust) in relationships.
