Hi, I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Practicing (DNP) in California. I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Brandman University Irvine CA( Now U-Mass) in 2019. I have been practicing for 4 and half years now. Before receiving my DNP, I worked as a Psych RN for 22 years in Different settings- Inpatient, out patient, Psych ER. I help people with anxiety, depression, sleep problems and people with difficulty adjusting to what life throws at them.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During our first section, we will start with brief introduction, have detailed interview about life style, social interactions, believes , challenges and unique features that will help us build an individualized treatment plan that will guide our follow ups. It will be more of understanding you the client.

I am patient oriented. I am good at listening to what the patient wants which help tailor treatment to their need.

I love working with Teenagers 15 to 18 and adults up to 65 years. People who are adjusting to the challenges life throws at them. People who experience loss- loss of status, loss of love, loss of respect in relationships. People who feel overwhelmed, anxious, trapped in life circumstances even great circumstances such as getting married, starting a new job, having a new baby, striving to be accepted and respected by peers, family, colleagues and peers.
