I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, burnout, and life transitions, as well as the feeling of being overwhelmed even when life appears “put together” on the outside. Many of my clients are used to pushing through and showing up for others, while quietly dealing with stress, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries.
In our work together, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy to help you build practical coping skills while also exploring deeper patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
My goal is to help you feel more calm, clear, and confident as you navigate daily life, relationships, and internal pressure.
