Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) in DC. I have been counseling for 9 years. I help empower individuals to cultivate better relationships with themselves and others through teaching tangible coping skills, I offer support for spirituality concerns. I primarily work with anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, stress-related issues, burnout, digital nomads, along with spirituality concerns. I use an integrative therapeutic approach including person-centered, solution-focused, and CBT modalities. I work with clients are ready to do the work and committed to their process of reaching their goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing to create a treatment plan tailored for your needs. We'll discuss routines, habits, successes, and supports needed.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the mental health field for the last nine years I've developed an ease of blending mental health , wellness practices, and offering intuitive guidance and tangible coping skills for enhanced life quality.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I'm drawn to working with open-minded individuals who are ready to take charge of their healing journey. My ideal clients are those who recognize the importance of personal growth but may feel uncertain or lacking in the necessary tools to navigate their path forward. They often find themselves at a crossroads, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their next steps.
