Welcome! I’m Marianne, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Taking the step to start therapy can feel empowering, confusing, or a bit scary all at once. Because of that, my top priority is to provide a warm, relaxed, and completely judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I want you to know that I have a lot of deep empathy for people going through hard times because I have been there myself. I get how heavy and overwhelming life can feel, and I know firsthand what it takes to find your way through the dark. You truly do not have to carry it all alone. I am right here for you.
Whether you are navigating daily anxiety, processing grief, or working through acute trauma, we will navigate it as a collaborative team. I lean on proven, practical tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you find real relief and feel more grounded. My goal is to always provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that moves at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
I am here whenever you are ready to share—let's take that next step together.

Hi there, I'm Farah Ali.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of.
My Core Principles as a Therapist:
Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life.
Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life.
Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth.
Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.

I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.

In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns.
Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.

Hi, its nice to meet you. I have been a therapist for a decade now. Before being a therapist, I spent 20 years in Healthcare Administration with 17 of those in management. I share this because I understand the stress that comes with the "corp" world and management.
After 20 years, I decided to change careers and utilize my skills in coaching and mentoring. I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am a health and wellness focused licensed professional counselor, so I spend time talking about how to balance your life, your stress, and ensure you are having some fun in your life.
Therapeutically I'm very eclectic. I use different techniques based on your needs. That being said, yes, I use CBT, DBT, REBT, talk therapy, and assessments as most therapists do.
My primary focus is all types of Anxiety, ADHD testing in adults, Executive Functioning, Self-Confidence, Life Changes, and Couples/Relationship Counseling.
I do have a "day job" so the work I do through Grow is part time, evening and most Saturdays.
Do you keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns? Even when you know you want something different? Maybe you overthink, people please, shut down, or feel overwhelmed by conflict, disconnection, or life transitions. You may understand why you react the way you do, but still struggle to change it. I help adults understand the attachment and trauma patterns behind anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship struggles, life transitions, and feeling unheard.
I am a compassionate, open-minded therapist with six years of clinical experience in Texas and recent practice in Colorado. I specialize in supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, using a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA‑affirming care and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients are met where they are. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focused on practical strategies and meaningful progress.

Life gets heavy. Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm can make it hard to recognize yourself. It can feel like you're constantly bracing for the next hard thing. Maybe there was a moment recently where you thought "I can't keep doing this". A relationship that finally cracked. A morning you couldn't get up. A version of yourself you barely recognize anymore. That moment, the one that brought you here, matters. You're not broken. You're exhausted. And you don't have to keep figuring it out alone.

It would be my pleasure to work with you! My name is Kim Sylla and I have been interested in the field of social services since childhood when I enthusiastically listened to the life stories of those around me including friends, neighbors and extended relatives. This interest grew with with my first therapist volunteer experience -- at the age of 20 -- with individuals who had substance use and mental health disorders. Since then I have had a wide array of additional volunteer and work experiences with adults and adolescents undergoing various life challenges at work, school, home and in the larger community. My varied experience, training and education prepared me to use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and ecological systems theory.

Clients often come to me after trying therapy before but still feeling stuck. We focus on what’s actually maintaining the problem—and how to move forward in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
Many of my clients have told me that they find me relatable. They like that because it feels less intimidating. I agree.
I prefer people to be honest, open, and sharing. They can expect the same from me.

Hi my name is Maria Mercedes Giol, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, California, Utah and Washington. I was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and completed my Master's in Mental Health Counseling in Miami, Florida. I have lived in sunny (sometimes Florida, lol ) for 29 years and I am a devoted mother to a 17-year-old son and 1 small dog. I enjoy boating with my family, watching sunsets, hiking, bicycling, singing, and making homemade soaps.
I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults navigate burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I work with high-functioning individuals who often appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface.
Many of my clients are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and managing everything on their own—until it stops working. They come to me looking for more than just coping strategies. They want to understand what’s driving their patterns and experience real, lasting change.
My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, and nervous system-focused therapy to help you move beyond surface-level solutions. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, process unresolved experiences, and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
The impact of this work is more than symptom relief. Clients often begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and clearer in their decisions. They develop a stronger sense of self, improved boundaries, and a greater ability to navigate stress without becoming overwhelmed.
My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone—change is possible, and it can feel more sustainable than you might expect.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be.
You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. Somewhere along the way, you may have begun second-guessing yourself, losing confidence in your instincts, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks from the outside.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.

If you recently lost coverage or had an insurance change, I currently have openings and can discuss options. My mission is to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence. I take a holistic, client-centered approach rooted in the biopsychosocial model—addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and environment to support lasting well-being. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the person in front of me.
I am also actively pursuing certification in Mind-Body Medicine through the Center for Mind Body Medicine and frequently integrate these techniques—such as meditation, guided imagery, and breathwork—into sessions to support emotional balance and self-regulation. With extensive training in geriatric assessment, I have a deep passion for working with older adults, helping them maintain cognitive and emotional vitality in later life. As a certified clinical supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, I am also committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of compassionate, skilled social workers.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
You may be the person everyone depends on. The one who keeps going, handles what needs to be done, and looks like you have it all together. But inside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply not like yourself anymore. Maybe you're facing a difficult transition or realizing that the ways you've always coped just aren't working anymore. I'm Jessica Velazquez, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families.
