Hi, I'm Daphne — a Licensed Professional Counselor and State-Approved Clinical Supervisor. For over a decade, I've walked alongside adults learning to be gentler with themselves, steadier in their emotions, and more confident in their lives. I work best with people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and mood-related struggles. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about who you're becoming, therapy can be a soft place to land — a space to understand yourself, build real tools, and create change that lasts. My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped around you. I blend DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation — because understanding *how* your mind and emotions work is a powerful part of healing. I also make room for the spiritual and faith dimensions of your story, because healing isn't only in the mind. I bring an uplifting, grounded energy, and I love using imagery to help you see yourself and your life in new, hopeful ways. I work best with clients who are curious, open, and ready to show up for their own growth. Together, we'll build on the strengths you already carry and move toward the life you're building. Clients often leave with steadier emotions, deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and renewed confidence. It's my joy to hold your story gently while helping you grow. A note: Requests for letters, evaluations, or documentation outside of standard therapy services require additional fees and aren't billable to insurance. ESA letters are available after intake and two additional therapy sessions.

"Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in our soul, and sings the tunes without the words, and never stops at all." Emily Dickinson "As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring a wealth of therapeutic expertise and an unwavering commitment to supporting individuals and families on their unique journeys. I view counseling as a collaborative, confidential partnership where my primary role is to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. Hello, and welcome. I bring 36 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor (plus four years in the field of mental health prior to licensure), having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings specializing in mental health, addiction, eating disorders, and general psychiatric conditions. Alongside my work in treatment facilities, I have maintained a private practice for the full span of my career, giving me a deep, varied perspective on how people heal and grow. My current focus includes behavioral change, addiction treatment, communication skills, life coaching, and business consulting. I'm also trained in hypnosis and in critical incident stress debriefing and management, and I have extensive experience supporting military personnel and federal public safety agencies in the aftermath of critical incidents. This background has given me a steady, grounded approach to working with people navigating high-stress, high-stakes situations, as well as those facing everyday life challenges. Whatever brings you to counseling, my goal is simple: I want you to leave every session feeling better than when you arrived. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to our work together, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and equipped with real tools for change. Warm greetings to the Grow Therapy community! My counseling journey began in 2019, inspired by a deep commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner resilience. I hold a Master of Science in Licensed Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, which allows me to bring both clinical expertise and creativity into my work. I specialize in supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem challenges, personality disorders, substance use, and eating disorders. I also work with clients navigating career transitions, parenting struggles, and codependency. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy. Through this integrative lens, I help clients regulate emotions, reframe unhelpful self-narratives, and cultivate healthier coping skills. Mindfulness practices support clients in staying present and grounded, while Narrative Therapy empowers them to rewrite their stories with hope and clarity. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing feels possible. My goal is to provide care that is not only effective but also tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and together we work toward clarity, confidence, and lasting growth. Outside of my practice, I enjoy time with my family and pets, exploring the outdoors, and expressing creativity through writing and photography.

I approach clients with the an open mindset, looking to explore what the client needs and what they want for themselves. I always want my clients to know there is no judgement from me in their decisions, EVER. I view everyone's mistakes as us just being human and having a human experience. This practice of examining our human journey and what motivates us to do the things we do is extended to myself, my clients and my children/family. I often attempt to have the practice of asking myself "why did I do that? Did I do that because of this or because I was feeling blank?" I think it is important to help others get to the place where they ask themselves the same type of questions. We're all here just having human experiences!

You don't have to face your thoughts and emotions alone. Peace is possible, no matter your circumstances. Often, our perceptions cause more distress than reality itself—our thoughts, not our situation, can be the scariest part. As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I provide evidence-based tools proven effective in research and in my work with clients. By shifting thoughts and behaviors, we can transform your life and relationships. You don't have to remain a prisoner to unhelpful thinking—there are ways through it. My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.

Hello! My name is Guadalupe, I am a Catholic Licensed Professional Counselor who has experience working with diverse populations. My approach to therapy entails collaborating with you as an individual and working together to navigate towards the root of the issue. During our sessions, you are in control – we will only go as far as you are willing to. However, as your therapist, it will be my duty to carefully prod and inquire in certain instances to help you in your healing process. This may sound uncomfortable, even scary, but I hope you learn how discomfort may bring changes to your emotional stability, general happiness, and overall mental state. If you have come this far to search for a therapist then there is a part of you that is conscious of a living experience absent of these burdens: it is that same part that believes and hopes on that version of you. Consider then listening to that inner voice that is yearning to be known. ¡Hola!

Hello, My name is Paul Bailey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee and Connecticut. I graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I have been a licensed therapist for 12 years which I have worked in outpatient and inpatient settings. I have experience working with the following issues: anxiety, anger, depression, bipolar, psychosis, family issues, and behavioral issues. My two main approaches to treating clients are cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. When I treat clients, we work together as a team to develop treatment goals and problem solving skills to develop solutions to their problems. My #1 goal as a therapist is to help clients meet their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Reaching out to others can be very difficult, but it can also be very rewarding. We all face problems; we just need the proper support and tools to help us overcome these problems.

Are you having more bad days than good days? Tell me if this sounds like you: You're low most of the time, and it's hard to remember the last time you felt like yourself. You feel sad and unmotivated. Getting out of bed takes effort, and things you used to enjoy feel flat. You snap at people, then feel guilty. And sometimes the heaviness gets so loud that you have thoughts of not wanting to be here. If that's you, you're not weak, dramatic, or beyond help. Those thoughts are a sign of how much stress you're carrying, and they're something we can talk about openly, without judgment or alarm. You can probably trace where it comes from: the unpredictable home, the pull between cultures, the habit of staying capable and needing little. You've done the reflecting, and maybe the therapy too. But insight didn't make the feelings go away. Often it's because anxiety and depression are feeding each other, and understanding alone doesn't reach that cycle.
