I will meet you without judgment and we will figure out together what feels helpful. If something is not working, we can adjust. If something is working, we can build on it. You do not have to fit yourself into a specific way of doing therapy because we shape the process around you. While I have a lot of experience working with people who have ADHD, ADD, and autism, I don’t provide formal evaluations or prescribe medication. I am also unable to write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters. Although this platform offers the option for me to utilize AI to take notes, I opt out and will continue to do so.
