My name is Julie Mouton,LCSW. I am passionate about helping my clients to reach their goals and get back on track. I enjoy helping my clients to feel better by providing support and helping them to see things from different perspectives. I love what I do and helping my clients to get good results!
My goal is to help you break free from the cycle of stress and anxiety through practical techniques and personalized strategies for growth. With a background in mindfulness, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I take a holistic approach to therapy. Together we'll create a comfortable space where you can explore your challenges, gain perspective, and deepen your emotional awareness without feeling judged.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, quick to anger, or frustrated in your relationships — you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with feel like something just isn’t working, but they can’t quite explain why. Often, these struggles come from early experiences where emotions were ignored, dismissed, or too much for the adults around us to handle.
As children, we learn fast: if expressing emotions doesn’t feel safe or accepted, we push them down. Over time, that emotional disconnection can turn into anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or anger that feels hard to control.
My work focuses on helping you understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy, anger that shows up too fast, or relationship challenges that keep repeating — we’ll work together to untangle the deeper story and build healthier ways of coping, connecting, and feeling.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been shut down for too long.
Do you feel like you've lost your way, your purpose and identity,
or just need to get back on track? Hello! My name is Erie, and I'd love to help you.
Social workers typically have an interesting life story and personal experiences with tragedy that tug at our heartstrings. I am no different. At times, I wonder "how is it that I have survived these mountains and valleys?" Despite personal tragedy, loss, and despair, influential people have served as beacons of hope throughout the years in my life.
Along with my re-creation of self through school, internships, and certifications, I have learned one basic human tenant that would be my guiding light through the most challenging of times: people need people. I realize that this sounds a bit rudimentary, but this is the cornerstone of social work and the secret to my success in beating the statistical odds that accompany a survivor of childhood abuse, drug addiction and alcoholism, military combat trauma, and the loss of a child.
So, the question stands: why am I here and what do I want? I simply want to pay it forward as many have done for me. I would have never expected to be where I am or doing what I'm doing. I personally believe that there is hope and light in the most desperate, dark places and recesses of the human soul. For that reason, I bet on the underdog, society's undeserving, and those with whom all other plans have failed.
I find that my reward and inner satisfaction comes with doing for others when all else has failed and all others have given up. For this reason, I will keep doing for others, because they are worth it.
Hi, I’m Romy, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Sana Sana Counseling, PLLC. As a first-generation college graduate and someone who was the first in my family to navigate the college experience, I understand the pressure that can come with balancing family expectations, identity, education, and building a life of your own.
I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as your whole self, without judgment or having to explain every part of who you are. I especially enjoy working with Latinx/Latina(o)/Hispanic clients, people of color, first-generation college students and professionals, and anyone navigating the complexities of culture, family, relationships, and identity.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and rooted in understanding how our past experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I have experience supporting clients through grief and loss, trauma, relational and attachment concerns, anxiety and depression, college and academic stress, and major life transitions.
Whether you’re working through something painful from the past, feeling stuck in the present, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, my goal is to help you feel understood, build awareness, and develop tools that support the life and relationships you want. If you want a therapist who "just gets it," look no further and book today. I look forward to working with you.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and understood. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, helping you build resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, healing from past experiences, or working to deepen your relationships, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools. If this approach resonates with you, you can easily book a session through my profile and take the next step toward healing and empowerment.
I love providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I am also very passionate about men and mental health. I have observed that many men suffer in silence and feel emotionally trapped in a straitjacket. I love listening to my clients. From the first sesion, I focus on instilling hope. I want my clients to leave feeling encouraged and relieved. I do not pretend to fix my clients problem/issue(s). The research shows that when a person has a safe space to release ans someone to contain and care, a positive hormone gets release. I am here because I care. I seek to understand and empathize. I love helping those who are stressed, ancious, depressed, weary, worrying, hurting, confused, lost, sad, or hopeless. It is rewarding to me to help others release stress, improve their functioning, and overall well-being. I strongly believe in using a holistic approach. I educate my clients regarding coping strategies, coping techniques, and coping skills. Interested clients are offered educational material to review. It is my clinical perspective that the mind, body, and spirit are significant to well-being. I am very strong in my faith as a believer and follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. Each individual's narrative, perspective, and voice, matters. I love helping those struggling to adapt and adjust to life stressors, transitions, and difficulties. I hold a doctorate in Marriage & Family Counseling. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families adapt; improve communication; improve patterns of interaction; and relationship dynamics. I love what I do and I have been providing counseling to children, teenagers, young adults, couples, and families, for over 27 years.
Everyone has their own unique story and I will work to understand yours.
I work with a variety of people including individuals, couples and families from a wide variety of professions, family situations, race, age and religious affiliations. Some of the issues I have experience and success working with are sexual dysfunction, infidelity, communication issues, trauma, and mental disorders. My approach looks at the entire person and the “system” in and surrounding them. I examine elements of people’s lives like their physical well-being, emotional coping and conflict resolution skills.
We will work together in developing helpful behaviors and collaborate to create a safe place to develop emotional and physical wellness.
I believe the most important aspect of counseling is feeling comfortable with the counselor. You need to be able to trust who you are working with has your best interest at heart and genuinely listens to help meet your therapeutic goals. If I am not the right fit for you, I will assist you in finding the right counselor. I have over 20 plus years experience.

Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!
My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

Hi! My name is Mira and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I graduated with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Midwestern State University. I also graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Arts in Human Development and Family Sciences and a concentration on Families and Personal Relationships. Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the states of Texas and Tennessee with 30 years of counseling and ministry experience. I began as a minister of the Gospel in the Southern Baptist tradition in 1993 working with the homeless to overcome the struggles of addiction and hopelessness in North Carolina and Tennessee. From there, I became a case manager in a rural oupatient behavioral health clinic helping the chronically mentally ill live independently outside of the institutional settings. As my family of five children grew, my wife encouraged me to join the military in 2007 and for the next 13 years we served alongside our Soldiers and their Families as a chaplain. There, I learned through experience how to work through the stress of multiple transitions, the unyeilding demands for time and energy, and the unjust nature of toxic environments. I learned how to support those who wanted to strengthen themselves and their relationships in these environments and to ultimately be at peace with who they are and who they want to be.
As I have matured in my training and become licensed in marriage and family therapy, I have found that I now specialize in using Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify their strengths and the beliefs that are guiding their behavior. With this knowledge, people can begin to choose who they want to be.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, or the pressures of balancing everyday life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping women and mothers find healing, clarity, and emotional balance through a compassionate blend of faith-based counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Are you exhausted from constantly pouring into others while struggling silently yourself? I create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we will work to overcome negative thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, rebuild confidence, and help you reconnect with peace and purpose in your life.
My goal is not only to help you manage your struggles, but to empower you to grow, heal, and thrive in every area of your life.

I am Ryan Ross, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas with over ten years of experience in mental health. Growing up in a military family, I moved frequently and lived in several communities early in life. I started college at Grambling State University in Louisiana and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. Working in correctional facilities showed me how trauma, grief, and unaddressed mental health struggles affect individuals and families. That experience inspired me to earn a master’s degree in Social Work so I could support people through their hardest moments.
Over the past decade, I have provided care across community mental health settings, correctional facilities, and telemental health platforms. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors.
