I support and assist clients who want to make a positive difference in their lives by drawing on my clinical experience, compassion, and empathy. I create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for my clients to listen and develop skills to effectively manage symptoms in order to improve everyday functioning.
My name is Crystal Cooper and I am a Child, Youth and Family Therapist.
I am licensed as a LMSW in the state of Texas and a LISW-S and CDCA in the state of Ohio. I am experienced in providing individual, group, family therapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation and collaborative care in the home, community, and the education environment. I utilize TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered, solution-focused, and mindfulness treatment modalities to build a safe and therapeutic relationship, incorporating parents along the way to produce the best possible outcomes to maintain thought, emotional and behavioral changes. Time has no measure, and I value the opportunity and responsibility of making an impact in the lives of others.
I work with Women and members of the Queer community who struggle with negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and the anxiety, stress, and self-doubt that come from feeling disconnected from their true selves. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work and Trauma Certificate from Simmons University in 2022. I previously worked as a crisis counselor providing care to both adults as well as children and families. During this time I saw a small caseload of adult clients until 2024 before transitioning to working as a community based therapist providing care to youth with problematic sexual behaviors. In 2025 I started to build up my caseload of EMDR clients and transitioned to office based work. I am extremely passionate about my work with EMDR and will nerd out when given the opportunity to share it.
I take a holistic approach when working with clients and try to bring in body based and ego state techniques as well. I like to help make my clients feel that we are on equal footing (because P.S. I am also human) and recognize that they are the expert in their life and know themselves best. I do my best to be as transparent as possible without crossing boundaries. It is my priority when working with clients is to support them in a way that helps them feel comfortable and safe to explore themselves and achieve their goals.
Welcome! I'm Tobi! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families.
I want to first applaud you for taking the leap to get support for your next chapter! You've made the leap in deciding on therapy, now let's keep the momentum with finding a therapist that is right for you, right now!
I especially work with clients to explore recurring challenges related to anxiety, PTSD, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients identify maladaptive patterns, develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
I strive to personalize and facilitate systematic, strategic, and effective support plans for individuals to achieve what they believe (or don't believe is possible) after a series of setbacks or interpersonal challenges. I am a goal-oriented clinician who comes alongside my clients to discover or re-discover the self that may have gotten muddled along the way.
When feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, unexpected transitions, and low energy to overcome mental health challenges or setbacks, I fervently adopt the coach and modeling posture that will help you to learn and use adaptive mental health tools that will promote renewal, clarity, and rhythmic motivation to take control of your whole health and wellness journey.
Greetings! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and have worked with offenders, anger management clients, couples, teens and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety and depression. Through a strengths based approach, my clients learn more about themselves thus improving self-confidence, communication, mood and overall outlook on life. I love serving my teen and couples clients via the Gallup strengths test. This test helps individuals understand where their energy is highest and what they value most. It's not about "strengths", but values. I believe one of the best things we can do for ourselves is take the time to truly understand ourselves as this helps us learn to communicate effectively, be productive, overcome procrastination and more. This is one tool of many I enjoy using to help my clients.

I am a dedicated therapist who brings a compassionate, steady, and deeply human approach to the work I do. My clinical practice is shaped not only by years of professional experience, but also by my personal journey as a mother and wife navigating the complex realities of children facing serious health challenges. These experiences have strengthened my empathy, broadened my understanding of resilience, and deepened my commitment to supporting individuals through their most difficult moments.
I specialize in telehealth therapy, providing accessible, high‑quality care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. In every session, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non‑judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, understand your patterns, and feel genuinely heard.
My mission is to help individuals address life’s challenges with clarity and confidence, cultivate resilience, and move toward holistic healing. Whether you’re seeking relief, growth, or a renewed sense of balance, I am here to walk alongside you as you build the tools, insight, and strength needed to move forward.
I’m a licensed therapist and coach who helps high-achievers and leaders go from stressed and stuck to calm, confident, and fully alive. Using my unique blend of EMDR, CBT, nervous system work, and soulful mindset support, I help clients heal old patterns, regulate their emotions, and step into a life where they can enjoy more ease, more joy, and more loving relationships without sacrificing their big dreams or performance at work. Think of it as a reset for both your mind and your soul so you can lead, love, and live with clarity and confidence.
My name is Jeffrey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan, and a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. I have also been an ordained Lutheran pastor since 1989. My professional career began as an Associate Pastor in a Lutheran church in northwest Ohio, where I focused on youth ministry, Christian Education, and pastoral counseling. I entered Social Work in 1995 when I began work as a Family Worker in a residential facility for hard to place juvenile offenders, and then worked in a few outpatient counseling agencies providing mental health and substance use disorder services. I have experience working with people of all ages on general mental health issues, such as managing depression and anxiety, and have specialized in the areas of PTSD recovery and domestic violence and sexual abuse victims and offenders. Throughout my counseling career, I have maintained activity in ministry. I was trained in Clinical Pastoral Counseling and also have had training as a Spiritual Director.
My counseling approach is generally non-directive, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in a Solution Focused, Client Centered frame work. I can incorporate spirituality as much or as little as the client desires, from not referencing spirituality at all to fully engaging the spiritual dimension of life. As a caring, empathetic listener, people find it easy to talk with me and be open about what needs attention in their lives.
I look forward to working with you!
If I could sit beside my younger self and tell her one thing, I would say, “You are not broken. You are responding to what you’ve been through. Be gentle with yourself. One day, the healing you are fighting for will become someone else’s hope.”
Hi, I’m Cherita Griffin, MS-LPCC-S (Ohio), LPC (Georgia), NCC, CYT, SEL-F, C-DBT, CMIP, ADHD-CCSP. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement, and for more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult seasons.
My work is deeply personal to me because I understand that healing is more than a clinical process, it’s human. It’s learning to feel safe again. It’s finding your voice. It’s setting boundaries without guilt, giving yourself permission to rest, and learning that you don’t have to keep surviving when you are ready to begin living.
I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying everything on their own.
Together, we gently uncover what hurts, make sense of what you’ve experienced, and begin rebuilding from a place of compassion rather than shame. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and holistic, somatic-informed practices to support the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
**Here, you don’t have to have it all together.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
You can finally exhale.**
Healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about finding your way back to yourself—the parts of you that life may have taught you to silence, shrink, or leave behind.
You are worthy of healing.
You are worthy of peace.
And you don’t have to walk toward it alone.

Hi, I’m Jessica Vargas LCSW, LISW and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can become overwhelming, whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, stress, major life changes, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I work collaboratively with each client to understand what is happening beneath the surface while developing realistic tools and strategies that can create meaningful change. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your experiences, goals, and strengths are unique, and our work together should reflect that.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with emotional challenges, relationship concerns, communication, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, stress, or other challenges that are making it difficult to feel like themselves. For couples, I provide a supportive space to improve communication, understand patterns within the relationship, and work toward a healthier connection.
As a therapist, I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself—even when things feel messy or difficult. My goal isn’t simply to help you get through a challenging moment, but to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to cope, and develop skills that continue to serve you beyond therapy.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help you take that first step.

I’m glad you reached out for support. Taking that step can require courage and strength. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to hold everything together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may also be facing grief, relationship challenges, questions about who you are, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

You will have space to talk openly about what has been difficult and what you would like to change. We can begin identifying what is weighing on you, the strengths you already have, and practical ways therapy can support you. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at a pace that works for you.

Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over a decade of clinical experience. I hold a bachelor's in social work (BSW) from Capital University and a master's in clinical mental health counseling from The University of Dayton. In addition to having my LPCC, I also hold a license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). I have been in the helping profession for 15+ years. I have always had a passion for helping others. My earliest memories go back to teaching my stuffed animals and baby dolls to helping my next-door neighbor who had Down Syndrome, learn and recite her ABCs. As well as listening to my friends in elementary school vent about their traumas (I clearly didn't know that's what I was doing). I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, self-esteem and so much more. My goal is to help you reach holistic wellness and happiness.

As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for women, college students, and healthcare professionals who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, and stress-related concerns. Hello! I am Susan Andersen, MSW, LISW and welcome to my profile. I have been a social worker for 26+ years and enjoy working with people of all ages to help find techniques, interventions and solutions to grow emotionally and tackle barriers and navigate through the tough parts of life. I 100% believe that this is a team approach to treatment and the work done in the therapeutic environment is directed by the individual.
You may be someone who looks like you have it together from the outside, but inside you’re tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or wondering why the things that used to work for you just aren’t working anymore. Maybe you’re the person everyone else depends on, and you’re not quite sure where you get to put your own stuff.
I work especially well with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, major life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply trying to understand themselves better. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have already done a lot of reflecting but want help turning that insight into something that actually changes how life feels.
I also work with a number of fellow therapists and helping professionals. At any given time, roughly 10% of my caseload is made up of clinicians who need a place where they do not have to be the therapist, supervisor, helper, or expert. They get to simply be the client.
Another area I care deeply about is supporting women navigating perimenopause and the changes that can come with it. When your mood, energy, sleep, concentration, or sense of self suddenly feels different, it can be hard to know what belongs in the therapy room and what needs medical attention. I can help you sort through what you are experiencing, prepare for conversations with healthcare providers, and feel more confident advocating for your own health.
You don’t need to come to therapy with the right words or a perfectly defined goal. We can start with what’s happening now and figure it out together.
Note: I provide all services in a virtual setting.
As a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Owner of a Telehealth-based Treatment and Training Center, I bring over 15 years of expertise in utilizing CBT and DBT therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Dual Diagnosis, Grief, Parenting, and Relationship issues. Specializing in individual counseling, I offer tailored support for those seeking a Christian or faith-based perspective. My commitment is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that fosters resilience and empowers individuals to achieve meaningful change.
